We purchased a new home and have been renovating the inside. Allen has helped us with selections for our bathrooms and provided us great ideas and styles we can't wait to have for a lifetime!

I went into Hughes Supply Plumbing at Northcross (Huntersville location) on Tuesday, June 11th. Met with Hollie, one of their sales reps, and have still not received my price quote and it's now July 1st. It has been 3 weeks, I would naturally assume that is more than enough time to come up with a price quote. I went to another plumbing supply store on Thursday, June 13th, and by that evening I had received a price quote from them. I emailed Hollie on June 13th to ask her if she needed any additional information from me. I never got a response back from her...not an email saying, I'm good, not a thank you, nothing. Then I called and left a voice mail in the general voice mail on Monday, June 17th, yet again, no one returned my call. I went in to the show room on Tuesday, June 18th and was completely ignored. I DO NOT recommend anyone using them for a home improvement project. Apparently, they only like to deal with large construction projects where they can make more money off of them. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Went in the showroom for a bathroom remodel and was surprised with the amount of options they had. The girl we worked with was knowledgeable and helped us pick out some things we didn’t think about. The rest of the staff seemed really friendly as well. Highly recommend going with one of the towel warmers they offer.

Literally the worst customer experience. Anyone can buy the products they sell online. Their whole purpose is customer service and advice. But no one here is interested in talking to you. They act like their time is more important than potential customers ready to buy. Puzzling. We followed their “scheduled appointment process” which ended up being a waste of time because they only showed us the most expensive options and we found this out after we got the quote. You’d think as experts this would be a place to start in your appointment with your customer. We wanted guidance and someone to just handle it and all we got was stressed out. BTW, I found all of my fixtures online for at least 30% less.

The prices and variety of products were very good. . We were updating 2 of our bathrooms. As a consequence, I needed 3 bathroom vanity faucets. I was very happy with the Delta “Victorian” 2 lever faucet but not with the other 2 faucets that were for my master bathroom. These faucets were Delta’s Dryden single handle model. When installed, it became apparent that the plunger handle on the faucet leans backwards rather than going up vertically as most plunger handles do. As a consequence, there is not enough space between the backsplash and faucet to easily use the plunger. I wish the sales person had pointed this unusual feature out to me and in addition, I was never called when the faucets arrived at the store. My installer called them to check on the order status.

I was quite disappointed in the poor quality and design of the Delta faucet set I purchased at Hughes Kitchen & Bath in Huntersville, NC considering what they charged me. There was no discount offered not even for Military Veterans. I initially went in just for tub plumbing and fixture and decided to also get the two matching sink faucets for a bathroom remodel. When the faucets arrived a week later I was very disappointed in the quality of materials and the many plastic connection fittings that were a challenge to connect. I didn’t like these faucets once installed. I replaced them with much nicer quality Delta faucets from Home Depot for less than half the cost at Hughes Kitchen & Bath. When I tried to take back the two sink faucets to Hughes I was missing one of the cardboard boxes that one of the faucets came in and the manager said that faucet looked used so they only accepted one of the faucets as a return and I got stuck with a $400 faucet I can’t use. I don’t think that was very good customer service and I won’t be looking to Hughes for my future renovation needs. You’ll get a much better deal and customer service anywhere else.

Kayla Tadeo made the whole process of selecting the right style, finish, types of products incredibly easy. We are remodeling an entire house and I was so dreading having to make another round of decisions: 3 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen. She quickly understood the direction I was taking the house and zeroed in on which selections would work based on my needs and my home's style. She was incredible with follow up as we waited for the many selections to arrive so that I could coordinate the rehab with other phases: countertops, tile, plumbing.

Conner Scott served me well when I went to identify the right 10 in roughing toilet. He was so patient and courteous -by explaining the differences in the models, price etc. Knowledgeable - showing the spec sheet and comparing the dimensions & features. It makes so much of a difference when a customer like me experiences a smooth and positive experience. thanks so much

Purchased farmhouse sink, bathtub, shower base and other products for a remodel on an investment property. Was highly impressed with the quality of the products as well as the customer service provided by Allen and his team. All products were delivered to the property with no problems. Highly recommend Hughes for all of your plumbing needs.

We started a complete home renovation in April 2016, and when it was time to choose the plumbing fixtures, we worked with Cindy Puglia. What a delightful person! Hughes is lucky to have her there. She listened to what we were looking for and showed us so many wonderful choices. We had a few glitches just like everyone who is doing construction on their home, however they were taken care of in a timely manner. We shopped at another plumbing supply company in the beginning, and did not feel that we were very important to them. Cindy and Hughes Plumbing were such a pleasure to work with and we are very pleased with our experience with them.
