Met with Hayden to review new bathroom project. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. No work done at this point. But have prior positive experiences with North Meck. Good company , highly recommend.

North Mecklenburg plumbing has always done a fantastic job for me no matter how hard the job is. They always seem to get it done to our satisfaction. Always responding very promptly to my services in my business just a great bunch of guys.

The staff was very polite and kind. Very respected of personal property when taking out our old hot water heater. We installed a tankless hot water heater. Haydon even called to let us know he would not be by this morning but reassured us he had sent a great crew. I've personally used North Mecklenburg Plumbing a number of times over the last 10 years, and I've been very pleased with the service, promptness, pricing, and quality of work that they provide. I'm the son of a 3rd generation plumber, so I know what I'm looking for. Hayden and his team are the plumbers that I consistently recommend.

The guys were very considerate, polite and respectful of our property, cleaned up after the job was complete. We are very satisfied with the service from North Meck Plumbing, we have used them before and will continue to do so anytime we need plumbing services.

We called the staff out to descale our tankless water heater and repair a loose toilet. While making these repairs in a reasonable time they discovered hoses hooked to hose bibs, a drippy kitchen sink faucet and a stopped up bath sink and were able to repair all in a reasonable amount of time. I really appreciated their interest in the performance of our plumbing system and was glad to approve the extra service get items taken care of in one trip. These people care about their service to our community!

This time they had to come twice and charged me twice just for coming out (across the bridge!!!!) even though they didn't find the original problem (leak from faucet) the first time. Needless to say, I am not a happy customer right now and would appreciate if I could get at least my one time already charged $180.00 back. Thank you

North Mecklenburg Plumbing was very responsive and professional. They were able to come out the next day and replace my hot water tank. The installer, Hayden, was also professional and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions without hesitation. Great local company and reasonable cost.

We have used North Mech plumbing more than once and give them five! Hayden and team members were amazing at finding problems and fixing them quickly, efficiently, and reasonably.! Customer service in the office is top-notch very communicable, answered all my questions In a very timely manner, very happy. They will be my go to Plumbing services for all of my needs at my home. And I would recommend them highly to my neighbors as well.

We had some small dripping from a bathroom above leaving a water stain on our family room ceiling. Very happy with how quick, clean and efficient their services were. Called on a Wednesday afternoon someone arrived first thing Friday AM. Reasonable pricing that was communicated up front. Great local Huntersville business - would call again!

Cody was polite, professional and efficient. He systematically cut away saturated sections of drywall and identified the root cause of the leak at the junction of the hot water outlet from the water heater. He completed the repair using materials from his service truck and did an excellent job! Start to finish he completed the job in less than two hours. I can highly recommend NorthMeck Plumbing for any plumbing project. They have done multiple projects at our home through the years and always done an excellent job!

Hayden and the North Mecklenburg Plumbing team just completed the second big five star project for me. The work involved running gas, water and sewer to my new backyard kitchen. They installed the kitchen sink w/ hot water, ice maker, grill, burner and fire pit. They worked through the details and obtained permits. Really happy with how this finished. I recommend North Meck Plumbing.

Zai was wonderful!! Super knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing and what was likely causing the issue I was having. He was polite and friendly so that is always a plus! Definitely recommend! (:

We had a problem with our sewer line in the evening. The lady who answered my phone was very nice and patient. Zai-REM arrived within an hour from my phone call. We ran into some problems due to the way our house setup. He worked extremely hard and tried every possible way to solve our problems quickly. But unfortunately with his non stop work, still took him several hours. He even cleaned the floor behind our toilet for me before he left at around 12:30 in the midnight. I felt really bad, I did not even think to offer him a warm drink before he left my house. I am truly appreciate his professionalism, patience. I definitely will not mind to let him work for us again.
