Called around 745pm. Told me they would be there between 8-10. I call back around 945 to see what was happening, the first person to answer sent me to another person who said the technician was on the way. The technician calls me at 956 and says he’s in charlotte, an hour away. They get here a little after 11pm and proceed to tell me if they stay after 12, it would be an extra charge since it’s a new day. Two technicians show up in two different vans. One did not speak English. They didn’t seem to mind using loud vacuums in the hospital room they were working on, I had to shut the doors. They did get the job done and cleaned their mess. I will be using a different company due to the 3 hour wait and the “extra charge”

Tech came out and diagnosed the problem. Said the main line needed to be snaked cause of build up. Cool no problem. He tried to charge me $600 for the job!!! Told him that's way too expensive and he said how much do I think it should cost. Said at most $150 and he ended up charging me $200. Should had sent him packing but didnt have time to call out another guy.

I called about a leak in a toilet before lunch and I had a tech at my door right after lunch. Van is our service tech and he has been to our house several times. He is always friendly, considerate and extremely professional. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter for your plumbing needs.

Zonun came out to replace wax ring on toilet which was not done by a prior technician. He was professional and courteous. He noticed the screw was not cut to size or the toilet properly seated. He took care of the screw and ensured toilet was reseated. If you use the service and want someone who pays attention to the details, ask for Zonun. You will be satisfied with his service. Blessings to anyone reading this.

Arrived within an hour of us calling in our issue. The technician was very knowledgeable, and clearly communicated the issues and course of action through out the service. After it was resolved, they even gave us some tips on how to avoid the same problem in the future. Would definitely recommend in the future.

My service person Zai was very professional, he explained everything thoroughly. He worked very diligently and solved my problem. He certainly gets 5 stars.
My only drawback is for the repair of new fittings/lines and cutoffs for 3 sinks was over $1300 that's way too much.

Did good job clearing line but they gave me a quote to dig 2’ deep to remove roots in line of $5300, I had a friend do it and took Three hours and charged me $300 that is ridiculous

Diligent, expert services! I had an emergency flooded bathroom around ten pm. Called my landlord, she called around 10:45pm. He got here in less than thirty minutes. Not only was he able to fix the broken hose protruding from the wall. He also diagnosed some other issues left by the condo maintenance man. Wonderful service absolutely beyond a 10 out of 10! Van was able to get the garbage disposal running again very quickly . No issues there

However the cost is very high for such a quick/simple repair. It’s a flat fee even for a declog and checking the breaker.

I figured a 24/7 service with good reviews would be reasonable. Instead, I got quoted nearly $700 for a job that required zero diagnostics and minimal effort.

I ended up buying the part myself for $57 and handling it. This isn’t just price gouging, it’s blatant exploitation. Whoever owns this franchise should be ashamed. If I didn’t know better, I would’ve paid for pure robbery. Do your research before saying yes to anything they offer. You’ve been warned.
