absolutely great experience, they were quick to respond, on time, and very familiar with the various hardware to recognize that our leaking shower was due to a piece that was only made between certain years and hard to find replacement parts. Also very helpful in helping us decide on shower re-do vs fix the broken bits knowing they may not be the company we go to for the remodel.

All American Plumbing sent Josh out to repair my bathtub issue. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong, showed me the parts needed, and fixed the problem. The fee was also reasonable and I was eligible for a 10% senior citizen discount. Much appreciated, thank you!

The mechanism that moves the water flow from the tub to the shower had broken and they came in and had it fixed and put back together in 15 minutes. Easy and fast.
I will certainly call them back if I need any other plumbing work done.

All American Plumbing helped with our master bathroom remodel. They turned our old walk-in closet into a large shower. Amazing work, they did everything we asked of them and had great suggestions for where and how to install the shower. It’s now my favorite room in the house.

If I could leave 1/2 a star I would. I had called to have 2 toilet flappers replaced and a shower head replaced. This took them less than 30 mins and I was charged $380. $150/per flapper and $0.65 to replace the shower head...how does that make sense?

When I asked them why so much, they said well there are two of us and we came from Kannapolis. Not my problem your location and never asked for 2 of you.

I never got a quote of how much before work was started and I had to call and ask for an invoice and the invoice was not clear about much.
