Travis H&C Inc. did a great job replacing our AC and Furnace unit. Service was excellent and price was fair. For no additional cost he was able to identify and address the poor heating and cooling in our playroom. Completed the job on time and cleaned up after installation. Highly recommend for all H&C needs.

My 15 year old heat pump was not keeping up during the recent cold winter nights. The coil was corroded and had leaked refrigerant and the heat strips were malfunctioning. Two other companies came out and couldn't get the heat strips working. Knowing I likely had to replace the system, I wanted to buy a few days to get some quotes. I called Travis for the first time, and he came out personally 7-8pm and, without charging me, patched the heat strips. Then he was able to quote me for a new Lennox system for about half the price of the companies that also quoted me. Travis and James got us installed the next day and by 3 pm we had a beautifully installed system in our home. Travis went above and beyond in customer care and in delivering value when it comes to the large expense of having to buy a new HVAC system. I highly recommend calling Travis Heating and Air in Huntersville, NC whether you have repair or replacement needs.

Travis Cooling / Cameron was able to come out the day we called them during 99 deg weather. Repair came out to be just compressor capacitor replacement. Cameron was proactive and recommended replacing the other capacitor of equal age to save another service call and gave a discount.

The owner returned my call promptly and was out looking at the unit quickly. He took time evaluating the problem and is very knowledgeable in his field. He ended up saving me a lot of money. When an unexpected expense comes up, the last thing you want to do is overpay. It is so refreshing to find a HVAC provider who practices with honesty, integrity, and is not trying to upsell. Yesterday I had an air conditioner emergency and Travis Heating and Air was at my door within 20 minutes. The problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly and for a fair price. This company has been assisting me for years at both my home and rental properties and there are no high pressure sales to try to convince me I need a new system rather than a part replacement. They are simply honest and skilled people and I highly recommend them!

Travis came out and diagnosed the problem, explained the cause, and provided repair options with cost estimates.
He ordered the part and his technician showed up on time and replaced the defective part. He was professional, efficient, and respectful of my home.

I was referred to Travis by a neighbor among a few other companies during a severe heat wave . Travis was able to respond that day and had my A/C system up and running in 100 degree weather a few hours later . They were outstanding in every way . Everything was explained to me step by step and discussed in depth regarding the issues to be fixed , which turned out to be a fix, under 400. Which I was expecting thousands to get me up and running again. I find them to be honest and trustworthy . I am moving forth with a service contract shortly ( no one tried to sell it ) and would highly recommend them. I also was quoted a very reasonable price for full replacement of 2 systems , thousands under a prior quote . Sometimes it’s not always about cost and quality is foremost . I find that you will receive both using them .

We've been with Travis HVAC for many years. since moving here from the Boston area 18 years ago. He installed our newest HVAC system and does all our system maintainance Fair prices and no upsell every time they arrive like the first Major Company that we ditched after our first coming to NC,.
