I booked the appointment on a Saturday and they were here by Monday morning! Kostya was friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Both dryer and washer fixed in an hour. Great service.

Alex came to fix my dishwasher and he did a great job of explaining what needed to be done and the costs associated with the repairs. He showed up on time, was very professional and he offered multiple options for me to pay. Very happy with the repairs and his expertise!

Ease of booking appointment was amazing. Tech showed up on time and I got a text notification he was enroute. I believe he fixed the problem but I’m disappointed I was charged $200 for a part that is $40-$50 on Amazon. On top of that was charged $150 for the labor. I had to fix my dishwasher but I do feel a bit taken advantage of and perhaps that’s my fault. He did a great job and was courtesy and quick on the repair so no knock on him.

We were very impressed with Vlad’s customer service and repair to our dishwasher! Definitely recommend his service and will be calling him for future appliance repairs!

01/13/26 Update: The door lock stopped working. I was in the same situation again and needed to pay to have it addressed. Additionally, the rack was not balanced and kept sliding out unexpectedly, causing stumbles in the kitchen.

01/13/26: The company called me and was polite in addressing the issue. I trusted they would make things right at the next appointment.

01/31/26: Ultimately, they could not fix the product. A refund was promised after the return trip. They called to confirm, I returned the call, and was told the refund would be confirmed with the technician. I did not hear back immediately and had not yet seen the refund. I was tired of tracking it and waiting.

01/31/26 Update: It took some time, but I did receive a receipt for a refund. The trip fee was not refunded, which I understand, as they still needed to cover their expenses.

Kostya, the technician, was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He made a genuine effort to resolve the issue and clearly cared about getting the dishwasher working. While the repair ultimately was not successful, I appreciated his demeanor and the effort he put in.

I would not use the company again, but that does not mean others should not.

There was no persuasion or undue influence exerted by the owners or manager. I am stating this of my own free will. This will be my last entry. It is time to move on.

My dryer quit on me yesterday in the middle of doing the laundry. I freaked out ( we are 7 at the house) so dryer/ washer is not a luxury, but a big necessity. I google searched a place that can come and fix my dryer, hoping they will have availability soon. I found Smartfix Appliance and contacted them in the morning around 9: 00 am and got an appointment !! By 2: 00 pm there was someone working on my dryer!! I was so happy I could have my appliance working the very same day.
Tech Mr. Valera Tiupa was great, very knowledgeable , he found the problem and fixed it right away! A very nice gentleman. I like be around when things are getting fixed because I am curious to know how things are from inside. ( that am pretty sure can be annoying for some people trying to do their job)
But he didn't mind it!
I am definitely going to keep in mind and recommend this company .

The technician came out quickly and he checked out the dryer thoroughly. Although he didn’t have the part, he went out and got it and returned the same day to fix the dryer. I am extremely satisfied with the results.

Alex was friendly and helpful. He arrived on time, was respectful of my home and explained what he was doing as he traced a leak in my GE washer. He could not find the source but discussed alternative problems that could be causing the water spillage and suggested solutions. Would use SmartFix again.

I will most definitely be using Smartfix Appliance & Refrigerator Repair if ever I need an appliance fixed! They respond quickly, are available on the weekend, honest, and very reasonably priced. Dmytro was excellent. He diagnosed the problem with my washer fairly quickly, ordered the part, and came back the scheduled day and time promptly, and replaced the part in, what seemed like 20 minutes! I was so happy my washer is finally working. I like that they text me a picture of the tech that will be doing the work; to keep customers safe. My advice: Do not hesitate, call Smartfix if you need any appliance fixed. You can rest assured they will do a great job and be honest.

Bohdan Zhaivoronok diagnosed the problem with my GE profile oven, ordered the necessary GE parts & installed them. He explained the problem and reviewed what needed to be done and the costs. He was knowledgeable about the appliance and very courteous & respectful.

I was able to get an appointment early the next morning. Kostya was very professional. He was upfront with pricing and didn't pressure me. I weighed my options of getting my washer fixed vs buying a new one. Since I had this machine for 11 years I opted to get just purchase a new one. I called and was able to get a same-day appointment, and, more importantly, upfront-pricing! The price was very reasonable for the job, installing a garbage disposal.
