I appreciate that they were able to come within a few hours of me calling on a Saturday. Good communication and they arrived within the appointment window. They quickly diagnosed the issue within a few minutes and repair was completed. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. I’m subtracting 1 star because I feel they were a bit overpriced. It should have been about $50 less in my opinion. I also appreciate that the work is warranted for 6 months. I would recommend them.

This was a great service call! The tech was on time, very polite and explained my problem thoroughly. He fixed my dishwasher and explained how to avoid the same problem in the future. I will definitely use this company again if need be.

He steam cleaned The refrigerator, Removed all the items and put them all back and cleaned up after himself perfectly. You could not ask for anything more if I could give 10 stars I would.

The person who answered the phone could not speak English well enough to understand a simple sentence like "I am having trouble with my GE dishwasher not draining."

It took more than a minute and several times for me to even get the person to understand it was a dishwasher about which I was calling.

Great service! I called him for a dryer that another repairman had quoted me a prohibitive price to replace several parts. He found out what was wrong with my dryer and told me I only needed one part. Then he bought the part and installed it on the next day. I've had no problems with the dryer since then. He was very flexible and respectful of my time and went out of his way to clean up. I am happy I came across such a good repairman and would recommend him. A very rare find of great value at a very reasonable price.
