Jacob & Matthew came out to inspect & service my heat and air-condition systems. They both did a great job! Jacob took the time to explain everything they did. Both were very knowledgeable and courteous. Will definitely use G & S again!!!!

So far I am not happy with the service provided by G+S. They came out and diagnosed my unit as having a leak. They recharged it and said they would come back out to fix the leak. This was in May. I never heard back from anyone and reached out for an update as the refrigerant recharge has now leaked out and we are without adequate AC again. Their response was to just send me an invoice for the recharge and a service fee. No update on the repair and now I just have a bill and still no AC. I have reached out for another update on the timeline, and will update my review depending on how they proceed. As of now, I would not recommend this company.

Austin the tech done a great job and was very polite. And he answered the questions I asked him very thoroughly. I would recommend g&s heat and air 100%.

We have used this company for years. They don't pressure us about our old unit and have to come out just about every winter. This year our heat stopped working the day before new years. Fixed it but then it went down again. Came back with a part, still didn't work. Came backwith another part. The tech Tom was great he handle us with grace as we had other hold issues. I have always recommended G&S and will still. Thank you for a great company. Us struggling working people need more companies like this for help.

I have several rental properties and G & S always takes care of our needs. Quick response time and they are very friendly and knowledgeable. I also like that you can contact them online. When a renter calls after hours, I just go online and put in a work order for the following day. Thanks G & S!

Matthew visited our home for bi-annual check up and maintenance of our heating & cooling systems.
As always, he was very efficient in servicing the units , changing filters, etc.

Fernando called to let me know he would arrive in about 30 minutes. He arrived a little early and started right in on the maintenance check. He replaced the inflow filter in the house, went into the attic to check the system, and finished with checking the outside unit. He let me know everything was working as expected and left. Fernando was efficient, professional, and friendly. Thank you.

The best company ever! Thanks again for getting us back on track! Called on a Friday afternoon,, in the middle of a heatwave and they still made it to our house two hours later. Fixed the problem!!! Can't say enough. Tom saved our rears this go round. Great company!!

We had a good experience with this company. Chris Stamey was very helpful with helping us to choose the best heating and air system for our house. The installers were polite and respectful of our property. They worked efficiently and kept us informed of their progress. We are well pleased with the job they did.

The technician did not show up during the scheduled time window, and I had to call the office. When the technician finally arrived he didn't do very much. He opened the air handling unit and tugged on a few wires and that was it. He didn't bother to check the air filter or coils. The technicians that have been here before did such things and arrived on time.

I had a great experience with G+S Heating Air Energy Services! I called around noon and spoke with Beverly, who was kind, helpful, and got things moving quickly. Within 15 minutes, Austin showed up at my home. He was professional, knowledgeable, and had the issue diagnosed and repaired in under 30 minutes. Fast, reliable, and excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Austin with G&S were great! He was very personable and walked me through all scenarios and what to do if and when situations! They have always been my my “go-to” for my maintenance plans and quick to get out to help and call back if needed!

Tech is very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to get the a/c blower working until a new circuit board was ordered and installed. Arter receiving the new circuit board, he installed it. I am very satisfied with the service. I highly recommend G&S Metal. The circuit board was a component from a furnace installation from another installer.
