    Jacob & Matthew came out to inspect & service my heat and air-condition systems. They both did a great job! Jacob took the time to explain everything they did. Both were very knowledgeable and courteous. Will definitely use G & S again!!!!

    So far I am not happy with the service provided by G+S. They came out and diagnosed my unit as having a leak. They recharged it and said they would come back out to fix the leak. This was in May. I never heard back from anyone and reached out for an update as the refrigerant recharge has now leaked out and we are without adequate AC again. Their response was to just send me an invoice for the recharge and a service fee. No update on the repair and now I just have a bill and still no AC. I have reached out for another update on the timeline, and will update my review depending on how they proceed. As of now, I would not recommend this company.

    We have used this company for years. They don't pressure us about our old unit and have to come out just about every winter. This year our heat stopped working the day before new years. Fixed it but then it went down again. Came back with a part, still didn't work. Came backwith another part. The tech Tom was great he handle us with grace as we had other hold issues. I have always recommended G&S and will still. Thank you for a great company. Us struggling working people need more companies like this for help.
