Very happy with service provided today. Stout installed my unit 3 years ago and today I had to call them to service it bc it was not cooling and it is 95 degrees outside. They were very prompt and arrived quickly and had it fixed in 15 minutes. Luckily I purchased service and labor warranty which they honored.

I called and the lady on the phone was very nice and took my information down and told me to expect a call back from a tech. The tech called within 10 min, and was here in 7 min after we hung up. Jeremy had the issue fixed and we had air in no time! I cant tell you guys how nice this guy was! I will forever recommend this company now!
