I am late sending this, but YOU all ROCK. I can't say enough good things about your company. I requested James came out to our home in Southern Shores, He came in April and was very nice and helpful. He was in and out in 40 mins. He showed up at the scheduled time, actually he was early! He made sure the new toilet was not leaking anywhere, and working properly. I have referred a number of people to you since I used your company back in April. Thanks for being a reliable service company. We will be caling you again.

Beyond awesome service! Kitchen faucet started leaking badly on Thanksgiving day. I left a message asking if we could get on the list for the following day. Got a return call immediately and said if I needed them that day they would! Got a call the next morning and scheduled the service visit within the hour. James came and had the faucet replaced in no time. Great guy! From the first call to the service appointment, every person was so polite, helpful, and professional. Superior workmanship and customer service. COOL BEANS!!!

Best on the beach! On time, perfect customer service and a clean install what more can you ask for. Highly recommend.

They did a great job working on all of my bathrooms and my kitchen. John, Alex, and Mike all did a great job answering all of my questions and took their time making sure they did a great job. They were very thorough showed up in a timely manner. Their office staff is very nice. Extremely satisfied with the level of Of service and highly recommend.

Our hot water heater unexpectedly died, and I called Action Plumbing at 11:00AM. I was expecting to have to wait a day or two to get it replaced, but when I spoke to Lynn she told me she would try to rearrange a few things to get it taken care of that day. And she did!!! She sent Jason (Very friendly, knowledgeable...and cleaned up afterward!) and he had it installed and working by 5:00PM. My wife was taking a hot shower at 6:00PM. Action Plumbing will be my first call for plumbing jobs from now on. Thanks for the great customer service Lynn!!!

Action Plumbing is my plumber of choice. They have done multiple jobs for me, all excellent works. They are responsive, fast, very knowledgeable, and fairly priced. Highly recommended.

Excellent warranty service on my hot water tank in Corolla a few weeks back. Came out on a Saturday for initial diag. and didn't charge me. Have used them several times. Tech Mike and owner John are good people to deal with. Highly recommended.

It’s been a few months now, but we didn’t want to miss the opportunity to thank Shane, our plumber from Action Plumbing, for the exceptional service he provided to fix two issues. These were the same two issues that other plumbers, with other companies, were unable or didn’t have the perseverance to solve. We had water pressure and drain line problems that Shane was able to diagnose surprisingly fast. Unfortunately, the fix required more time than his schedule allowed but he was determined not to leave us hanging. He received permission to take the extra time to fix our issues on the spot rather than have us make a separate appointment to accomplish the work. I can't say enough good things about this company! Fast, on-time, did an amazing job installing faucet and getting a corroded hose off our outdoor bib. They even called me to tell me that their technicians had some extra time and if we wanted them to come earlier in the week! It's hard to find contractor companies that are doing it right, and this company seems to be very well-run, has their operations running smoothly, with great technicians. They deserve a big shout-out, and we will be a customer for life!

Update November 2024: had some issues with our water heater, not related to problems from previous year. Mike and Luke took care of the issues with professionalism and perseverance, and the water heater is working well again. The office staff was helpful as always. Thanks Action Plumbing!

November 2023: Had extensive issue with our Navien tankless water heater. Action came out the same day I called, and diagnosed the issues. Replacement parts were ordered and installed over a couple days.

Teesa in the office, and techs Luke, Mike, Steve, Alex, James and Cal were all very helpful, courteous and professional. I recommend Action Plumbing!

We moved to the OBX almost 2 years ago and we only use Action Plumbing. 2 times we have called them with emergencies and they always do their best to help us out. Also, the quality of work they do can not be beat! Every technician we've gotten has been extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I have to shoutout Luke, who has helped us many times. Mike from Action Plumbing came when scheduled, found issues that had existed for years and been allegedly fixed by other plumbers and he actually fixed them. He was extremely professional and took the time to find the elusive problems. He also kept things neat and clean and left no mess behind. The price was extremely fair. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

I truly can't say enough good things about Action Plumbing. We had a problem after an installation of a sink and they were very responsive to get it fixed. Things can always happen but it's how you respond that makes the difference from an average company and a great company. They are a great company you can depend on. Everyone from the office staff to the guys that show up are wonderful to deal with.

I first used Action Plumbing a little over a year ago when I arrived at my home in Corolla to no hot water. Mike arrived and confirmed that the hot water heater had finally given out but said it had a good run. He was back the very next morning, as promised, to install 2 new hot water heaters.

Fast forward to today, I had an appointment for low water pressure. I was lucky enough to get Mike again. He was knowledgeable and professional in his findings. Once shower heads were removed, the water pressure was as it should be. Since the fixtures were original to the house, there was likely a lot of buildup so we replaced the shower heads. Everything is working exactly as it should and we couldn’t be happier that it was an easy fix.

Because of Mike’s kindness, level of knowledge and professionalism, we will only use Action Plumbing going forward. Both times it has been 5-star service!!

Highly recommended plumbing company! I had an electric tankless water heater spring a leak on a Thursday night and Action Plumbing had a new water heater installed Friday afternoon. Everyone I talked to was extremely helpful and responsive and they solved my problem in a matter of hours instead of days!
