I have been using Jason to service my units for about 8 years after my previous company spent less than 15 minutes doing my spring check.. They are prompt, thorough, and honest. I know that my unit is ready for the season when they leave. I hope I never have to find another company to service my unit.

2024 Update - Jason and his team came by and did my annual check-up services and they were truly professional, honest, nice and respectful. Wearing booties on their shoes as they came and went. Arrived on time and spent a few hours going through the units. Can't say enough about this team!

Excellent service and overall experience! Called and was able to get an appointment same day, even during cold snap. Hunter was very professional and patient, answered all my questions and even repeated and answered questions for my spouse on speaker phone to make sure we had the information we needed to make the right decision for our service options. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Our a.c.quit working,we called in the morning and we got an appointment for 3 the same day.Jason called and texted previous to his arrival.He checked the furnace and the a.c.unit and found the problem quickly.He quoted us a price for 3 replacement parts and took his time explaining why they should be replaced and also provided a photo of the defective connector.We decided to only replace 2 of the 3 parts and he told us the price, it was a little high but we decided to get it done.Jason explained what he did and the reason he thought these parts needed replaced.He was engaging and looked us in the eye when talking to us. Overall we were pleased with the service we received.

They installed a new system at my house. They were fantastic to work with and reasonably priced. The first system they installed had some issues (not their fault) it was a manufacturer issue - they worked diligently to make sure it was right and were very responsive to issues and questions. I highly recommend Comfort Control Systems!!
