Easy request to set up the yearly maintenance checks. They checked everything out to make sure the unit is running efficiently. Jason installed the unit back in 2019 and I have never had any issues with the Bosch system. I highly recommend them.

I would strongly recommend Comfort Control Systems. When our aging air conditioning unit stopped working last summer, we contacted Jason and his team upon the advice of a neighbor. They were friendly, efficient, responsive and competent. They installed a new system in a very reasonable amount of time and we are satisfied customers!

After having a positive experience with Comfort Control Systems’ HVAC servicing, I hired them to install wiring to hook up a generator to the house. The technician was very polite, professional and thorough. He made sure the job was done correctly and explained the safe procedure to switch to generator power when needed. As far as the price, I think I’m like everyone else and have no idea what anything should cost anymore. However, I do trust Climate Control Systems to be fair.

You are arrive on time, your staff are courteous and always helpful. I think your prices are very reasonable. We have had to depend on you in a few crisis with the AC and you always worked us in. I would recommend you to family and friends as a trustworthy company to call when problems come up.

Update:
Our ancient furnace pooped out yet again during a very intense cold snap.I called Comfort and Jason came over on a Sunday to repair it but,a part that he did not have was needed so, we were looking at having no heat. Jason was so concerned that he made a special trip to bring over an electric heater to help us get through. That is customer service!
Jason found the part that was needed the next day and Greg (our favorite technician) was able to install the part and we now have heat! Job well done!
So, if you are looking for a First Class HVAC company, look no further than these folks.

Had our semi annual maintenance inspection of our furnace.
Jason was on time and as always professional.
I appreciate Comfort Controls arriving on time and my opinion of Comfort Control was formed by their customer service but more the compassion shown to us by our first encounter that is covered in my previous post.
Look,bottom line is, trust the service,price and the employees to do a great job.

Had our annual A/C check up and all went well.
Jason is very upfront and a pleasure to deal with.
Honesty and Integrity are his hallmark.
We love dealing with his family owned business.

I would not trust anyone else to service our HVAC The technician,Sean was prompt,informative and very knowledgeable.
My only advice to those searching a HVAC company is call Comfort Control..
I've tried others,whom I won't mention but I didn't like but CC is our go to for service .

The guy they sent was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend CCS and we'll definitely be going to them for our HVAC needs. They also do plumbing and electrical work, too, but I already have established business with 2 other companies for those things. But, good to know, just in case.

I have been working with Jason and his team for more than 12 years, and I can tell you that I've never met a more trustworthy, honest, and great group of technicians. For as long as they are around, they will have my business. They serviced my old unit when I first moved in and got me extra years out of it, then installed an entirely new and efficient system and have maintained it ever since. Always with respect and kindness and reasonable prices. A+

Called Comfort Control Systems because of course the HVAC decided that during a heat wave was a perfect time to not want to work. Spoke with Tamara who is friendly and understanding. She was able to let me know that we would be able to have a technician stop by same day! Our technician, Hunter, came out and was courteous and quick. Had the part that was needed to fix the HVAC and our AC is now cool again.

Definitely glad I found them and will absolutely recommend them for any future HVAC needs.

They came out same day and got my AC back up and running. While fixing the broken part they explained how the system works and which parts work together and how they can fail. Customer service was awesome too! They weren't pushy with sales, just told me about my options and gave me some information. All in all I will be using them again.
