Definitely five stars, my dad has used them for some large installs, and I will be calling them exclusively for anything within their range of services offered. Super nice, super helpful, and willing to answer any questions you may have.

The crew that installed my new HVAC system were friendly, didn't leave a mess, and did a great job. It feels great to support a local business instead of choosing a corporate monster.

Had an elusive issue with the heat pump freezing. The customer service from the office was great and they sent someone very fast. All the technicians that worked on the unit were very knowledgeable and persistent in troubleshooting the problem. They explained everything well. Definitely would recommend.

I had a issue with my HVAC blowing cool air instead of warm. A technician (Hunter) arrived within 20 minutes and fixed the issue in a few minutes. He was very knowledgeable and didn't charge me an arm and a leg! I will definitely refer Comfort Control Systems and/or call them if I ever have any issues with my HVAC! Highly recommended!

I called and they were here within 2 hours. I didn't expect service so soon and for that, I am grateful. Sean was able to identify the problem with my HVAC system and repair it quickly. Prices reasonable. He even let my dogs out for a little exercise and then brought them back, LOL! Highly recommend.

Needed emergency cleaning and inspection of our heat pump due to smoking/burning. These guys were quick, professional, knowledgeable, and reasonable. The job was done satisfactorily, completely, safely and timely. 10/10 would recommend.

Hunter, the service technician, was friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. The only downside was the cost to replace the defective capacitor cost a bit more than I expected.
