Lol, open 24 hours.....What a joke, my water kept cutting off and I tried to get this company to come by and help me out. The guy I spoke to answered the phone like anyone with a regular cell instead of being professional with the name of the company.
I explained what the issue was and he sounded like he didn't have much interest but listened anyway. He said he could get someone out to my place after lunch, I said ok because he claimed no one could come out that evening.

The next day, I never got a phone call to confirm an appointment, I waited past lunchtime and never head from them. Funny how the company says open 24 hours yet no one was available to help me. Disgusted with this unprofessional behavior from plumbers in this area.
