Chris came out and provided a second opinion, that the compressor was starting to fail. He informed me of my options and provided reasonable quotes. We decided to have the unit replaced. I used McDaniel heating and air 2 weeks ago to replace my complete HVAC unit. after talking to some other companies and getting high quotes a co-worker advised me to give Chris a call, and I am so glad I did. He was able to make himself available that same day to come take a look. He gave me a fair price with no sales tactics and was able to get everything installed the next day. Where do I even begin? I’ve not used McDaniel Heating and Air before for our HVAC system at my office. The old system finally stopped working and they came out the next day and looked at it. From the very beginning they were extremely straight forward and upfront with everything especially the owner Chris McDaniel who did the initial diagnostic. He answered all my questions even when I thought I was being a pest. He made sure I understood before we proceeded with anything. We decided we had to change the system and not spend another summer in suffering with the old unit not able to maintain the desired temperature. Chris came out with multiple options. Chris was straight forward with us. Two days later we had a brand new system installed by Chris and his guys. These guys are awesome! The new unit now keeps the office nice and cool. Chris was always time. He did everything he said within his estimate. Also, he did an extremely good job at replacing my complete HVAC system. Overall, I plan to use him again if I ever need to, and will for sure recommend him to everyone I know.

Chris provides prompt and professional service even on Saturdays if needed. He serviced one of our units and came back two or three times without charging me each time. We eventually replaced the unit with a nice Trane upgrade. He patiently answered any questions we had for two weeks before we decided to get it done. He was also knowledgeable about finance options. He and his crew replaced our old unit in half a day and hauled off the old one.
Chris is pleasant and replies to emails, calls or messages promptly.

Chris was extremely professional, quick to respond to our needs to have heating unit repaired and came prepared by asking probing questions so he could take care of the issue while at our home. We had to call him twice in one week due to parts failures of the heating unit (once over a weekend). He responded even over the weekend to reassure he would be out to assist us first thing Monday morning, and he did exactly as he said he would!

This company and their services came highly recommended by family who had a new heating and air conditioning unit/system installed one year ago by them and rightfully so. They did not disappoint with their service. And their prices are very fair!

Chris was on time to the appointment and very helpful and truthful on what we needed done. We did the option for a replacement system instead of a costly repair. He had ordered the material and was at our home to do the work within a day. He showed up and within a couple of hours our system was installed professionally. He and his coworker were very personable and willing to answer any questions. If I need any further work or service, I will only need to make one call to McDaniel Heating and Air.

Chris McDaniel from McDaniel Heating and Air was very professional, prompt, & treated us very kindly. He was out on Saturday and new system installed by Wednesday. He and his crew are by far the best heating and air-conditioning business I’ve dealt with.

My husband and I highly recommend this company! They have installed both of our ACs, a heating system and recently added a gas line and installed our new cooktop! Chris and his team are very professional, on time and do very good quality work! The customer service is phenomenal and you won't find anybody better than them! We have two little ones and our AC went out in the middle of the summer and heater went out in the winter. They were out here in a very timely manner. So it's comforting to know you have a company like this to rely on in those situations. Would not recommend anybody else!

I highly recommend McDaniel Heating & Air, they are willing to go above and beyond. We called to get a second option on our unit, as we were not impressed with the first company and still had unanswered questions. Chris was willing to come after hours, answered all of our questions and explained our options. Before he was even out of our driveway, we had already decided we wanted use this company. We called on Thursday to let him know we would be moving forward with replacing our unit and the new unit was installed the next day. I was in need for a new Installation for a better AC unit. I contacted 3 places and I decided to go with McDaniel. Not only that their prices were excellent but so was their service. It was done QUICK, I mean like Lightning Fast... They told me it would take 8 hours and it only took them 3 the most. I'm very happy with the service, and experience that these guys have. I recommend highly to anyone that needs a new AC/HEAT unit.

Exceptional company! Quick, friendly, professional, and most importantly, knowledgeable. Great customer service by Krissy. She said they could be at my home in an hour. She dispatched Chris who called within 30 minutes to let me know he was 30 minutes away.
Chris was very courteous and knowledgeable about our needs. He had to do some troubleshooting and he quickly identified the problem with the system. We had a condenser leaks inside and a leak on the outside of the unit. The unit was 15 years old and wasn’t worth saving. Chris explained all the options to us and we called him back the next day with our decision. We decided go with the Trane 3.5 tons, His price was very reasonable and the quality of work was exceptional.
Please use this expert because not only is he honest but he knows his job well. It's great knowing that I have an honest and reliable heating and air contractor.

We had 3 estimates and Chris was the most educated and informative. We chose McDaniel based on his visit to our home. The crew was awesome. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. They keep our home very clean while they worked.I feel very confident with our choice. Our new heat pump is awesome and our house is quiet and cool. You guys rock!!!!

Came out quickly , which was definitely a positive. Unit was frozen solid , so he made a second trip to basically tell me the 12-14 year old unit needed to be replaced. Charged me $215.00. Estimated $8,500 to replace unit. I called another company, they came out the same afternoon, cleaned the coils and condenser, refilled with refrigerant. Made a second trip out 4 days later just to check levels and pressure. (no charge) The unit has worked flawlessly. Only charged me $280.00 . If it lasts a year I'll be more than pleased. It may have a "micro" leak but only time will tell. Did have them price me a new unit , $6500 Trane 2.5 Ton. I'm editing my review as I know Chris is a man of integrity and obviously he cares about his customers. Thanks for reaching out.
