Chris was great! Very professional. He came out and quickly diagnosed the issue. He clearly communicated and responded quickly to questions. Once he recieved the parts he was out as quickly as possible to get us up and running in this heat. I can't thank him enough! I contacted McDaniel Heat and Air on a Monday to get an estimate on the installation of a new heat pump system. Chris, the owner, came out the following day and gave me an estimate. I had gotten estimates from 2 other companies. I was totally impressed with Chris. He was not pushy at all and answered all my questions. I decided to go with McDaniel and gave him a call to schedule the install. To my surprise, he was able to fit me in the following day. The installers were completely professional and had my system up and running in less than 4 hours. They did a great job and left my home clean and in order. I would highly recommend McDaniel Heating and Air to anyone and will use them for all my future needs.

The company came and did the things they told me they would do and the price was what they quoted. All work was done, cleaning and neat.

Chris returned my call right away and was at my house within an hour. He quickly got my HVAC system running again. Excellent service - highly recommend!

My mother n law bought a Tran from him in 2021 and now he has told us it is out of warranty after he has came to the house to fix it but it still isn’t working right so I did some research myself and yes it is under warranty so he has lied to my 76 year old mother n law and still has not fixed the problem and then wanted to charge her more money because he says it’s out of warranty 675.00 to fix it. Call another dealer and yes it’s under warranty and no it’s not going to cost that much to fix the problem. So watch out if you use this man to do the work for you he lies

Chris and his team are professional and thoughtful. He’ll shoot you straight, and for my money he’s by far and away the best value out there. We bought a fixer-upper and have used numerous businesses in the KM area, and his guys were so thoughtful with regard to protecting the surrounding property while working and got the job done in minimal time. Our cost fell in the midway point of all our quotes, but we did get a high end unit (Trane) and they also went above and beyond by moving the a/c into the attic for a minimal fee. Pleasant, courteous, fair, and accessible are all words you can count on when choosing McDaniel Heating & Air. He always returns texts quickly and greets you with a smile.

This was the best service call of any kind we have ever had. The technician arrived promptly within less than an hour. He had our problem fixed in about 20 to 25 minutes. He was friendly, competent and knowledgeable. His communication with both myself and my husband was excellent. His price was reasonable even though it was a holiday week. Payment was simple with a credit card. I can recommend this company without reservation. Have already put them in my contact list for possible future use. So so so so so so so happy with this service..

I called McDaniel Heating & Air to troubleshoot my 20 year old furnace. I was looking for a Trane dealer but I had no prior experience with the company. Chris was able.to come on short notice. He gave me a repair option and a replace option. I chose the replace option to not have to worry about more potential failures in my old unit. The installation team was very professional and installed my new Trane equipment in short order. I recommend McDaniel Heating & Air for any needed HVAC work.

We found out our Freon was completely gone out of our unit so we were running on emergency heat during these cold temps. ( if you didn’t know, emergency heat is A LOT more expensive than regular heat….ask me how I know 😭)

Chris McDaniel and his crew took such great care of us! They were here yesterday to evaluate. They were very honest with us. Today they came and swapped out our unit!
