Needer to have a large amount of old fencing and yard equipment removed as well as household junk from cleaning the garage. Our dogs kept getting into the yard stuff. I got tires of my husband promising to clean up (been over a year) I texted Golden and got a immediate reply. They said they could come the next day. I acquired a house in foreclosure and it was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. The power was off for almost 18 months with food in the refrigerator and freezer. This company was near my home and this company got high reviews. I called on Thursday (10/13) and got an appointment time for the next day. Adam (the owner) and company were on time (within the time frame I was given), were professional, courteous and friendly.

I oversee facilities management for a number of businesses in the area and I needed someone QUICKLY to remove some old equipment, appliances, furniture, Etc. from the 2nd floor of our office building. Awesome customer service and great rates. I needed several items removed from an unfinished area in our home. Basically spring clean out during the month of December. Great speedy service. I had some yard and remodeling debris I need cleared out. It would have been to expensive to order a dumpster. I came across Adams contact info and gave him a call. Adam did a fantastic job on a huge house clean out for us. He was timely and fair with every step of the process. I needed an old mirror in my master bathroom taken down and hauled off. You know exactly the type: one huge piece of ancient glass, found in every hotel and apartment and dorm in America I will admit, this was not the first place I called, nor even the second. But the other places were slow to respond, or wouldn't give me a quote without a visit--even after photos and measurements--and good luck trying to find out if there would be a fee for the pre-visit visit. Golden Rule gave me a quote over the phone sight unseen, showed up when promised the next day, and had the mirror out of the house with zero collateral damage in under five minutes. Plus they communicate promptly via text! I am beyond pleased.

Can I give more than 5 stars? 😁 These guys were everything you would want them to be, from first contact to finishing the job: professional, courteous, friendly, prompt, hard-working, well-priced. It was easy to get a quote and confirm a date by texting them photos to the number on their website. (I loved that this process was so clearly spelled out.) Adam texted me again the night before to confirm the appointment, and then let me know when they were 15 minutes away. They made quick work of my furniture removal and gave me a receipt when the transaction was complete. I would 100% recommend them and hire them again myself without looking elsewhere.
