From the very beginning the communication was very fast and precise. They arrived exactly at the time I was given and began working within 2 or 3 minutes. I had 5 large piece of furniture to go and they had everything out the door and loaded in about 15 to 20 minutes. Very professional and price was very competitive. I will use them again.

Golden Rule Junk Removal and Hauling came earlier and was very professional. We had a lot of junk for them to remove. They even allowed us to add items that were not discussed prior to their arrival. They moved items out the way that wasn’t being taken. They had the necessary equipment to expedite quick removal. Best of all they gave us an unbelievable discount. Golden Rule did a very good job of removing the boards from my old deck. Their prices were reasonable. They showed up on time; they were very courteous; they removed the boards promptly and cleaned up any remaining litter. They did a great job and for a reasonable price.

The guys at Golden Rule Junk Removal were prompt and professional and they hauled away our stuff quickly. I emailed them on a Saturday not expecting a response until Monday but they emailed back right away! I sent them so photos of the stuff I needed removed, they gave me a quote, and came the next day! Adam is great at his profession of junk removal/hauling. His communication throughout the process was great. He was here when he said he’d be here. Such a great company to work with. They were very responsive from start to finish. I hired them to haul some junk from my garage, shared a few pics of what I had and they gave me a quick quote.

I couldn’t be more impressed with this company. They answered as soon as I called, were quick in getting me a quote, and I was able to schedule an appointment with them quickly. I originally asked them to remove our old couch but when I called them the next day to ask if I could also take an old TV stand for an additional fee, they agreed right away. I really appreciated their flexibility.

When they arrived to remove our old couch, they put on masks and shoe coverings without being asked. They were polite and friendly, as well as professional.
