Stop what your doing and hire BB carpet cleaning to do your carpets. We were in the verge of replacing our carpets due to stains that other company's could not get out. Not only did they restore our carpets to better then before we bought our house, but he was quick efficient and friendly. I will never work with another company ever. Brian was very professional and friendly and did a stellar job at our home in Raleigh. He took the time and answered all our questions we had about the process. Not only did he clean the carpets but he also took the time to spot clean which most other companies we have had in the past had skipped.

Brian came on short notice to clean two large area rugs that had some new and old pet stains. We are on the 4th floor, but he quickly setup- cleaned the rugs, and in a couple of hours they were completely dry. Brian was friendly and professional. WOW! Brian was 10 minutes early, very professional and had top notch equipment. The guy knows what he is doing! The carpets looked great, he got the nap to completely fluff up which I wasn't expecting. The carpets are 16 years old and he definitely put some life back into them.
We are so pleased with the quality and price that we are having him do our hardwood floors at the new house.
