Nice job cleaning. But when we came home, a shower head in in our primary bathroom was on the ground with no explanation. Expensive work to fix. Also, we had U.S. flags displayed that were turned upside down. Received no appropriate response.

Truly the best experience I’ve had hiring cleaners. From the beginning, they proved to be honest, responsive, and professional. We sold our house and had them do a move-out deep clean, with added oven and fridge clean. It was a great value and their work was super high quality. It looked like a new house! Mariela’s Cleaning service did a fantastic job cleaning my new home! Ruthy was very responsive and helpful, and Julio was extremely informative, patient, and responsive. The cleaners were polite and did a great job on the home. My biggest concern was the kitchen cabinets which had build-up on them from the previous owners, but after the cleaning, I was much happier with them. Highly recommend!

I need a reliable company that I can trust to do good work with my rental properties that I care about. I came to Mariela’s after not being happy with a big company. First, Julio has been fantastic to work with and I really appreciated his walk through with me. Second, I checked my house today after the cleaning and am so pleased. They specifically got areas that I had my eye on (dust on fan blades, door casings were clearly cleaned, cobwebs in corners cleaned, baseboards). They also took care of lightly washing the floor so it wouldn't be super sticky and wet (which has been my experience with prior cleaners). Plus, they made cute designs with the TP!! I’m really happy I made the switch and look forward to future cleanings!
