Tyler came out and fixed the dryer and was quick and efficient about it! when he didn’t have the part he ensured that he would be back tomorrow first thing to fix it. not only was he on time and respectful he also cleaned out the dryer of all leftover lint and cleaned his part up without leaving a mess. i will definitely be using them again if something comes up!

I called to schedule service on my mom's 17 year old refrigerator that had stopped cooling due to a possible power surge. The technician took the time to get on the phone to listen to my concerns about the repair. Their service call price was more than reasonable !!! They came out the same day and by early afternoon her refrigerator was up and working. This well established, family owned company has the highest standard to customer service. Midway Appliance Service is everything they advertise..... Honest, Reasonable and Professional.

David was outstanding, he wired my stereo, lamp, hung a ceiling fan and fixed refrigerator in such a short span of time. The bill was shocking due to the fact it was so reasonable!!!!!!!!!!!!! You cannot go wrong by using the expertise of this company and they certainly know their craft. I would recommend them to anyone!!!!!!! Fantastic job and service!!!!!!!!!!

John from Midway has worked on several of our appliances over the years, and the service has always been exceptional. Most recently we woke up to find out our 30 year old fridge had stopped working. He came out the same day, and was able to retro-fit a thermostat to replace the existing one, since parts for our unit were no longer available. The cost was very reasonable. We would not use anyone else.

Selected this service provider based on positive reviews on Angie's List. I called two companies actually but Midway scheduled me for the next day while the other company was booked a week out. Sam, from Midway, was punctual, professional & knowledgeable. He showed me the ripped rubber seal that was causing my washing machine to leak. He ordered a replacement seal and, amazingly, received and installed it the very next day. Then, he went above and beyond! Noticing that the door handle on my dryer was also broken, he repaired that too. A positive experience all around! I highly recommend Midway. They will be my plumber of choice from now on. ($210)

Very disappointed in Midway’s service. We have a AC unit, split system that was originally installed 6 years ago. Right from the start, it had a leak from a faulty installation. Through the years we have tried to get it fixed but the same leak keeps popping up. This time when we called, the dispatcher said we would have to pay for someone to look at it. She wasn’t willing to take the history of this unit into consideration. And we have had major work done with them. Central air system, multiple split units, electrical work, water filtration system, and much more. They lost a customer who spent tens of thousands of dollars over a $69 service call. They are very responsive when it comes to getting business but not helpful when long term repairs (due to their own mistakes). Go somewhere else!

This company is great! Called last winter when the water line IN my fridge froze (long story) and MA had the problem diagnosed and solved same day. Friendly and courteous, and I received a call when they were on their way, which is always appreciated. I was pleasantly surprised at the charge and would recommend and call again.
