Unprofessional. Had Albert to our home through our warranty company to do repairs on AC unit in the attic. The repairs failed and the unit covering split open and was blowing cold air into the attic. I asked him to return. He came and taped it up. Again, it failed. He repaired the same repair again with two other techs using tape and putty. Again it failed. After three phone calls and messages, he finally picked up the phone to tell me that he refuses to come back. He said that my warranty company hadn't paid him for his initial repairs. While I am sorry he experienced problems, that is between him and them. I have no control over who they pay and when. He si a business person, it is his responsibility to contact them. I explained that his repairs have failed again, the unit covering is split open and cooling attic not house, inside temp sitting at 93 degrees. He refuses to come fix his mistakes. First off, HE SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME BACK TO TELL ME THAT. Second, the repairs he has tried to make have continually failed the same way each time, so they were not done properly in the first place. He told me he is retiring and I told him that it's probably a good idea, it's time, because he clearly can't do the work, nor deal with returning customer's calls.

I asked for a call back, didn't get one and had to call them back and was told "oh we're booked a week out". It sure would have been nice to have been told that up front so I didn't waste time waiting on them.

Sam was wonderful!! He did an excellent job at a very reasonable price.

Sam did a great job fixing our convection oven and washer. He is the best. He is so kind too. Definitely ask for Sam!

After another company tried to gouge us, we called Midway Appliance to install a new water heater. Sam was knowledgeable, reliable, and conscientious, and he communicated well with us to let us know what he would need to do and how much it would cost. This company helped us a few years ago with an oven issue, and we were pleased with our service then as well. I highly recommend them!

Today 12/15/2025 - I had a problem with my refrigerator filter coupling. John came to fix it in this cold weather. He arrived shortly after he called me. I'm so glad that he knew right away what was wrong. He went out to his truck to see if he had the part to fix my problem, and I was so lucky that he had one. He had our water and ice maker back up and running in no time. John is a great technician. I would recommend Midway Appliance Service for all your appliance repair needs.

Sam did a wonderful job fixing our refrigerator. It started leaking. Sam ordered a part fixed. Oh no, it's still leaking. Sam came back and found another leak. Ordered a part fixed it, said call if it leaks anymore. So far it working and making my ice which we use a lot of . So kind and considerate and very reasonable with charges. Thank you Sam.
