Dreadful as it seems replacement of entire HVAC system is inevitable sometimes. This happened to us after buying a house that was abused. This team of folks were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Following up the project which went painless through the recent cold snap and on time as projected. But about the character of one of your men whom at the snap of a finger didn't hesitate to jump in our pond and save our dog minutes from him drowning. Jared showed up (thank GOD) to complete his task and quality control inspection when not on job more than 5 minutes heard the commotion and my wife in hysteric's. We are so grateful to have met you all and if anyone needs HVAC service call these folks! Fantastic work from Vonnie, TJ, Yuni, and especially Jared.....God bless you guys!

Thank you Davidson Heat & air for your quick professional service when our air went out this week in just a short time they sent Austin to find the problem . I have been a customer of DAVHVAC for more than 14 years. They are prompt, efficient, and helpful. Their work is of the highest quality, and they run the business with the utmost of integrity. They recently replaced my gas/pack and did a terrific job.

23 year old heat pump stopped working on a Saturday. Called Vonnie Nelson and service man came to our house Sunday. The unit was unrepairable and Davidson Heating and Air was able to install a new Amanda 16 seer onTuesday and Wednesday. Technicians were very professional and efficient with the installation. John Lohr checked all registers for air flow and temperature. Vonnie followed up with the Techs and with us throughout the process and thoroughly explained the new system. Earlier in the year, Davidson Heating and Air also installed a Gree mini split in our sunroom. We are extremely pleased with the employees and services provided by Davidson Heating and Air and will continue our business with maintenance of both units.

Call and got an appointment the same morning for A/C repair. Technician was friendly, efficient and left the area completely cleaned up. Work completed in a couple of hours and unit is working great. Would use again and recommend.

Recently came home to a cold house due to a heat pump failure. Called Davidson Heating & Air. Had a very quick response (same day..early afternoon). The technician was able to identify the root cause of the the problem and have the new parts installed the next day. Great job! Very professional!

Have used Davidson Heating & Air for several years. Call them and within 2 hrs they are on the scene working on unit. Have even offered heaters to keep us warm till parts can be installed. Would highly recommend them.

Poor integrity for the customer. IF YOU HAVE A CHILD IN THE HOUSE, CALL SOMEONE ELSE. It is a life threatening risk to call them. The owner is Unfair, unjustifiable, lack of truth, lack of knowledge, down right thieves about what he is knowledgeable about. PERIOD . If you need a part Look for the part you need online so that you're not paying over by around triple the amount.
Also when you Hear "circuit board" count on paying for a circuit board, a fuse and capacitor, that probably won't work, because what caused it to not work, ( which was the fan, like my husband asked the first minute their serviceman walked in the door) they avoid altogether. All to have steps to take. Steps that cost money that aren't getting to VERY SIMPLE heart of the problem issues. .
Then this even is after the first modest service call of $85.00

The owner refused to give our cash back on the part that didn't fix the problem.

Ours still doesn't work . I have a circuit board less than 24 hours old. He refused to give me my money back, and the air Unit itself has not turned on.
Also I would like to add that the second service call was over $380.00, with the combined price of the circuit price, capacitor and fuse and NO WORKING AC.
Over $460.00 spent.
I forgive him. It led me and my husband to a better company, with better integrity, lower prices and higher quality.

Also it's a good thing my husband went and bought an AC motor, and he got in touch with his friend whose helped him and blessed us!

We now have a MUCH BETTER tech, and are thankful to say the least.

They are professional, thoughtful and courteous. I'm highly satisfied with their work and would recommend them.

Outstanding company! I have placed my trust and confidence in DHAC for over 20 years and never been disappointed. Equipment is highest quality and the staff is exceptionally qualified and professional. Recently had problems with a 25 year old unit call DHAC their response was
fast and the repair was made that day and cost was minimum. I feel that the integrity of the company and quality of service saved me a bundle from having to purchase a new unit.

Have been using Davidson Heating and Air for years now. Our original furnaces and outdoor units recently went out. Both were 20yrs old. Extremely pleased with the servicd these folks provided. the former HVAC company that i once used did NOT return my urgent after hours call on Sunday evening when my A/C stopped working. My roommate and myself began looking for other providers on Monday morning August 1st. my roommate did an online search for HVAC contractors and found Davidson. He called in and spoke to a very nice lady by the name of Jennifer and he told her he would call her back. I tried to reach the former HVAC contractor and was told they would call me back. they never did. He called Davidson again and spoke to Jennifer and expressed the urgency of our repair and she had Tim come out!! he was here within an hour's time. he was professional and helpful, informative in addressing our HVAC issues with a clogged drain pipe. Long story short, Davidson is our NEW HVAC contractor and who we will do business with on a preventive maintenance yearly. We were extremely pleased and impressed. Thank you to Jennifer and Tim for the great work and professionalism!!! Ray and I would like to thank the company for their help and getting the house back to a comfortable temperature after about a day's worth of unbearable heat!!.

I called mid morning for a service repair on my central air/heat unit. The tech was able to come out that afternoon. He was very knowledgeable, and didn't try to charge me for things I didn't need. He was honest and forth coming in his assessment. Total cost of the service call was far less than what I anticipated.

After calling two other companies, and receiving less than professional, over the phone service. I decided to go with Davidson Heating and air. I highly recommend these guys. And will be dealing with them for future needs of my unit.

Left an email last night about my system, It was not working, got an email back very quickly (WOW at 8:38PM) They literally were ringing my door bell at 8am!! In this crazy weather (Good ole DEBBIE Storm) I am beyond impressed. Amazing folks top notch!!

Had vonnie and his team replace moldy ac system and new ductwork profesional in every way. Best price !quick service excellent communication excellent warranty love these guys and ladies in the office nicest you will ever meet amazing! there is no one better ! I called them all before picking davidson even had air purification system installed in new unit and older unit for thousands less than other known companies offered without the ductwork .dont waste your time call call vonnie and his crew the best you will find sign up for maintenence plan and have one less thing to worry about. I did listen fresh clean air and heat are nice in highhumidity levels and cold of Carolina i definately recommend.....Karl
