The install team was super nice and professional. 5 stars all the way around on workmanship, affordability, and attentiveness. Highly recommend!

Prompt, professional and reasonably priced.

I called Davidson Heating & Air on Monday, and they sent a tech out first thing on Tuesday. Their technician arrived right on time and went to work on my AC which wasn't kicking on. I think his name is Austin if I remember correctly.

Within a few minutes Austin diagnosed the problem, a clogged drain line, and told me what it would cost to fix. He then made the repair with manufacturer parts and showed me a bit about what went wrong.

I would 100% recommend Davidson Heating and Air.

First time I used them was at peak heat in July. They were truthful and honest, found the issue, cleared the line and the unit has been perfect ever since. That was 2 years ago and I will always use their team. Hard to find honest companies now a days so when they diagnose and tell you the issue; that's the issue. Don't waste your time or wallet. This is the company you want working on your home.

We requested an estimate from 2 different heating and air companies. Davidson gave us 3 detailed estimates that not only beat the competitors but took the time to sit down with us and explained everything. Vonnie Nelson took time to listen to our needs and explain all the options. The technicians were respectful and personable. Work was completed in a timely manner. After dealing with issues with an older heat pump. I made the decision to purchase a new one. I chose to due business with Davidson Heat & Air they were recommended to me by friends who spoke highly of the company. I met with Vonnie he provided A quote with several different options to choose from and also offered special financing as well. After reviewing the quote I chose a unit that best fit the needs of my home. The install took place the next week. The dissembly of the old unit and the install of the new unit went very smooth. The technicians respected the property laid down clothes to protect the floors and were glad to answer any questions I had during the process. I am very Happy with the service provided and would recommend Davidson Heating & Air to anyone looking for new installations or routine maintenance or having issues with their current heat pump/air units. Their staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

This is the 2nd time we have called upon Davidson Heating and Air for major issues "furnace replacement and A/C condensing unit replacement". The first experience was 2021 when our furnace needed replacing "Mid winter with temperatures in the low teens" and now to replace the Condensing Unit for our A/C with temperatures in the high 90's-low 100's . Let me begin by saying thank you to Rich for a job well done on both occasions ! From the initial call to the finished experience the professionalism , courteousness , communication and completion is second to none! A special thank you to Ryan and Dennis who installed the Condensing Unit "on a holiday July 4th none the less" and did so with pride ; respect , and professionalism in every sense of the word. I highly recommend Davidson Heating and Air! Rich and his entire staff are a pleasure to deal with and I tip my hat to all! 👍

Davidson Heating and Air has serviced my HVAC system for 17 years. In late May, after a service call, I learned that it was time for a new system. Mine was beyond repair. As one should, I got quotes from three vendors. While all vendors were reputable and had nice selling points about a new system, Vonnie Nelson at Davidson, was the most down to earth and most logical in his approach and listening to my needs. (Not to mention his price was at least $4,000 less than comparable quotes.) He did not try to sell me anything I didn't want or need even though he shared options that were "better" than just a replacement of the same type of system I had. In the time it took from the sale to the installation, Davidson provided me a portable air conditioner so that I was not completely miserable until they were able to replace the system. The technicians were great and worked hard to take out the old system and bring in the new one on a rainy day and my unit is located in the attic. They were also very careful in the house with the change-over especially in lieu of the weather. Follow up after the installation has been great and the support has been incredible. Vonnie took care of everything and let me know key information but didn't inundate me with too much information. A few weeks after the installation the system didn't seem to be performing quite right and Davidson came back out to make some additional adjustments and it has been in great shape. If you're looking for a company that is practical and dependable as well as a fair value for a full replacement, I recommend Davidson Heating and Air. Talk to Vonnie Nelson. Excellent and prompt service! Had all of my existing equipment replaced with 3 new Carrier systems. Vonnie took care of everything and I didn’t have to worry about anything. Great experience and I would recommend this company over all the others! Thanks to Davidson Heat and Air for all you did!

Davidson heating and air replaced my heat pump and air handlerand did a terrific job. Jason Blackwell the lead man on the job was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. I am very pleased with the service they offered. Nothing but praise for a job well done.
