Recardo was both knowledgeable and hard working. The drain line was completely clogged with 60 years of corrosion and crud. He cleaned it out and got it going again. A day later it stopped up again due to some crud solidifying from the cold and he came back and completely cleared it. He knows just what to do. Thanks Recardo!

These guys came out via using First American Home Warranty for my washer flooding my wash room via a clogged pipe. They tried to manually use a 25 foot snake to unclog. The plumber reported back to the company it could not be done by ground access and they / the insurance company were unable to authorize going to the roof for the clog, therefore my insurance claim was denied and I’d have to hire someone else out of pocket.

I hired a private plumber two days later who fixed it, at ground access, using a machine to unclog the same pipe that this company said needed roof access to do. Ultimately, they wasted my time and money, as well as had my insurance claim denied due to their incompetency. Do not recommend.

Update: the owner called me after reading this review and handled my concern incredibly professionally, showing a tremendous amount of honor and customer service. They have refunded me for the service and mentioned that they will retrain their technician so it does not happen in the future, as well as verifying that my problem is now fixed.

Due to their incredible customer service, if I need any plumbing help, I know exactly who to call and recommend in the future. Thank you!

Ricardo was on time and went straight to work. He was even respectful of my home by taking off his shoes when entering ( I told home he didn’t have to). He did a timely and efficient job.

If you're looking for a professional, prompt and friendly plumber...call Top-Flo and ask for Renardo. I can only speak on him because he's the technician that came to my house. He explained the issue, called prior to showing up, gave an estimated time as to when he would be finished with the job and completed it at that time. I appreciated that because I had an appointment. The prices didn't break the bank as you know plumbing work is costly, but ask for Renardo....he'll get you squared away!
