Recardo is very nice and polite. He replaced our hot water heater and he done an excellent job. He arrives on time and he took pictures of the heater and showed me the finished work after he installed it. I will continue to use Top-flo for all our plumbing needs.

Service has been the best part, constantly communication, great service technician and going above and beyond. Service corrected wrong replacement and quickly completed the replacement of our water heater.

His customer service skills are excellent, and his manners were impeccable. Marques removed his shoes upon entering our home, and that was a plus as we’ve just had new carpet installed. I had many questions and he patiently answered every single one; allowing me an opportunity to understand the issues about which I was concerned. He's a wonderful asset to your company!

There was a leak under the kitchen sink and Marques replaced all of the old corroded pipe work! That job was long overdue! He completed the work quickly and efficiently, and we no longer have an Issue with water leaking under the sink. And I no longer have to put a container underneath to catch the water! Marques even did a good job of cleaning up afterwards.There’s so much more space underneath the sink because of the new plumbing installation! I am elated more than words can say! For any future plumbing jobs that we need, I will definitely be calling on Top-Flo, And I suggest… strongly suggest that you would call them too!

Marques did a marvelously professional and thorough job in a very pleasant manner. He made me feel well taken care of. I highly recommend him. I honestly do not leave reviews, But my experience today was wonderful so I felt like I needed to leave a review. The service I received from Recardo was extremely professional, respectful, kind, and knowledgeable. Starting off with him taking his shoes off because he observed I don’t wear shoes in my home. I told him he didn’t have to, but he respectfully still made the decision too. Second, during the quote process for a dripping faucet, He even took the time to answer my question, as well as, educate me on how to turn my water off- when I wasn’t certain about the location of the shut off valve. Third, he explained thoroughly the process and what could or could not go wrong with the water pressure. Along with providing an additional quote for a future fix. Lastly, I know he probably has a busy schedule, but still we had the ability to chat about life and work. Which for some people might be a who cares type of attitude reading this sentence, but in today’s world and with the not so impressive attitudes, Recardo’s customer service stands out! Anyone reading this review, just me giving you insight that this is a hard working gentleman, and you won’t go wrong in choosing him for your plumbing needs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Top Flow plumbing.
