Matt Shane, Project Forman and his team did a phenomenal job of restoring my home after a microburst storm that destroyed the roof and interior ceiling. They answered my questions promptly and professionally. Their work is excellent. I am especially grateful to Matt who shared the job of communicating insurance claim information. They are truly a great company. Will.call again for remodel and or any future repairs.

They failed to live up to the agreed upon process. They did not remove gutters nor repair rotted trim before starting work.
The roofing workmanship was a failure. There was no supervisor on site except at the beginning and end of the day, and there was no inspection by any supervisor. I had to perform inspections climbing onto the roof, and found multiple problems. After some of these were corrected (taking weeks) more issues surfaced. They failed completely on aesthetic levels. The roof edges and flashing look terrible. It was unprofessional work. The drip edges were not cornered, they nailed multiple times thru to the fascia from the roof, the shingles have waves, each skylight flashing was done differently(they are side by side), flashing was not flush on dormers, drip edges were not flush to fascia and incorrectly overlaid on gables. I have pics, but google won't let me upload them from the 'puter. There are plenty of good roofing companies out there, beware using Chapman's for anything.

We were extremely pleased with the work and highly recommend Chapman. Their quote was detailed and thorough. Services were rendered with professionalism and courtesy. They arrived at the promised scheduled time. They cleared all debris before leaving!

On August 16 my husband and I had a gas leak resulting in a house fire. We had extensive damage which resulted in us being displaced from our home. Troy Shearin of Chapman’s Construction came to our home on August 17. He evaluated our house thoroughly and recommended a plan for us. We immediately followed his advice and the restoration process began. We are now back in our home. The process was seamless. Troy, Ethan, and the contractors were professional and kind. Most of all, they had compassion for what we had experienced. They wanted to make things better. We highly recommend Chapman’s Construction to complete any construction needs that you may have. Scheduling was a breeze, and you are kept informed with real-time data throughout the entire process. Their installation crew are top-notch workers and the process was never rushed. The final product turned out beautifully and we couldn't be more satisfied. Cant say anything but postives about Chapmans construction. Worked with them on many projects over the years and they are true to there word and quality of work. Recently Dustin johnson and david gupton replaced my roof on my personal home and the process could not have been more seemless.

I highly recommend Chapman’s. I had a roof leak at my father’s house. I scheduled meetings with 5 contractors on a Saturday. 2 were no shows, 1 was 2 hours late. I cancelled the last one after Andrew Davis with Chapman’s came out. He helped me file the claim with my insurance company on the spot. The new roof looks great. The roofing crew was fabulous and worked 12 hour days both days to get it finished. They also made sure they left a spotless job site.

Our experience from beginning to end has been wonderful- actually more than wonderful! I’m gonna let the pictures of before and after speak for themselves! Highly, highly recommended! Fairly priced as well! Plus it’s a family owned business! Support your small businesses yall!

I could not be happier with how our house up fit turned out! We had stone installed over cinderblock foundation, ugly vinyl siding replaced with hardboard siding, and five doors replaced with sliding doors. Noah and team were professional and great to work with!

My original review still stands, just wanted to add to it. We had a small soffit leak. You can’t just people by their mistakes, but how they fix their mistakes. And without a doubt, they stand behind their work and don’t give up till the problem is fixed. And they answer their calls/texts, which is shocking nowadays alone. 100% recommend them!

To start, Travis is wonderful. Seriously, he’s the reason I chose Chapman’s. He makes you feel like a friend, and not just a customer. The install went great, great communication and photo updates thought the whole process. I didn’t expect that. There was 2 items I thought looked kinda off to me, and they came right out and made it how I wanted it. (There was nothing wrong with anything they did, I’m pretty peculiar). 10/10 would use them again. Thank you guys for the great work you did!

We could not be more pleased with Chapman Construction. Jerry Farrell, Project Manager, and crew were friendly and polite and very detailed. They clean up behind themselves, and Jerry came back the next day to ensure everything was great and that the whole project was done. Jerry was corresponding with me via pictures, so I knew what was going on on top of the house, and through text messages.

Hired this company to replace the roof on a 2400 Square foot two-story house.

The roof had one leak before replacement, after project was complete we had four new lakes with one a major leak that flooded the garage.

Mentioned to the crew foreman prior to installation that I had gutter helmets on and did not want them damaged and was reassured They would be fine.

Needless to say, they ruined every gutter helmet on the house and then had the audacity to tell me there was nothing wrong with them

If you need a Roof, you're better off getting a bag of nails and some shingles and doing it yourself because that's how shoddy the work was

We had an excellent experience with Chapman Construction a few months back working with Troy on a new roof and gutters. The installers did a great job with the roof/gutters and worked hard to clean up afterwards. Ethan was very communicative, quick and helpful in giving us feedback on questions we had regarding two areas of the roof. We would highly recommend Chapman Construction! Thank you!
