I've been calling them for the past 2 months. They told me tomorrow never show up, I would give 0A start. I've been in the office 3 times already. And they keep lying and lying and lying.

They were closed day after Thanksgiving so called first thing Monday morning to make appointment for Thursday was told between 8-4 on Thursday (4 days) refrigerator under warranty
they called on day of appointment to change to Friday. They should call the day before to change appointment This is a sign of poor management and would not recommend using this company. My Warranty company sent them information had to call warranty company to reassign a new repair service which delayed repair I am a senior citizen with medical appointments to work around.

I was given the Doug’s Appliances because of warranty on my Whirlpool dryer. They was scheduled to come out on 12/2/25. They rescheduled the appointment for 12/3/25. Said that they called me and I didn’t answer and the technician is gone home for today. This was 3:30 and the technician home. I am waiting for him to come out. No one called me. Stayed home from work waiting for the technician. Said they had to reschedule my appointment. Appointment rescheduled for today 12/15/25. Called and asked what time will they be coming out today. Was told that I don’t have a schedule appointment for today but will add me to the schedule for tomorrow. Please please please don’t mess with this company they lie and the receptionist has a bad attitude. We will see what happens tomorrow 12/16/25.

Doug's fixed my washer and came back and replaced some worn parts before and after the holidays! They called, and kept our appointments on time and were very professional. This was all done on my extended warranty, so I was not out of pocket. Thank you Doug's!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received regarding my refrigerator repair. I had to miss multiple days of work for appointments that either were not honored or did not resolve the issue.

When I called to follow up, the representative I spoke with was unprofessional and displayed a negative attitude when I explained that I could not continue to miss work for missed appointments. I provided my records of previous communications and requested that any future service be scheduled after 3 PM due to my work schedule. The representative responded with further attitude, stating that this was an “inconvenience,” despite the understanding that the company’s hours accommodate such requests.

Additionally, when the sales associate from Kimberlls attempted to coordinate on my behalf, the same representative again responded unprofessionally.

This experience has been frustrating and inconvenient, and it reflects poorly on the company’s professionalism and respect for customers’ time. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue and a commitment to improving communication and professionalism in future service interactions. If I could leave them no stars I would

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Doug’s Appliance serviced a dishwasher that has left my family without a working dishwasher for over a month, including the entire holiday season. The excuse? They “can’t get ahold of the tech line.”

That is not the customer’s problem, but we’re the ones paying the price.
Zero accountability. Zero urgency. Endless delays. No proactive communication. Just excuses and finger-pointing while my family is stuck hand-washing dishes for weeks. Holidays came and went with no resolution, no backup plan, and no sense of care for the inconvenience caused.

    If you value:
    -Reliability
    -Timely service
    -Clear communication
    -Standing behind what you sell

Look elsewhere. This experience has been frustrating, stressful, and completely avoidable with competent customer support. A major appliance company should not be this unprepared or unresponsive.
    Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

I have a warranty and the company scheduled me with Doug’s Appliance. I was given a time frame of 8a-12n on 01/06/2026. No one showed up nor did anyone call to let me know that no one was coming. I called them and I was then told that there was no one in the area. Really after taking time off from work for this appointment!

If I can give this company zero stars I would. Doug's Appliance was assigned to complete a warranty claim through Lowes. The first time service was provided my washer was worst off then when Service was provided with Doug's Appliance. They came out a second time and I still have the same issue. There are text communications between the representative and myself which shows, I was instructed to send a video and someone from the office would contact me. I have been waiting for this communication thinking the delay is due to the holidays. After several voicemail. I get a call back today, first stating I was hard on the representative. If your representative is stating something that makes no sense to me, I have a right to question that. For example, telling me GE lies about the capacity of the large load washer and I am only to put 20 pieces of clothing in the washer. If I states that make no sense and No one in their right mind is going to pay over a thousand dollars for that. It is not being hard nor is it being rude. Next, I was rude which is an outright lie. The representative and I had two conversations. One about the capacity and second about the door latch being so loose I could jiggle it all round. This representative dealt mostly with my older children as I work from home and the times he came I was busy teaching my classes.
I treat people how I would want to be treated. To lie about the interaction (which in no more the 5 minutes each time). Then to lie to Lowes warranty about completing a service when I have proof the service is not completed is not only unprofessional but should be a crime. I will be looking to see what actions I can take.
If you are ever assigned Doug's Appliance I suggested you ask your warranty company for a different service provider.
