Crawlspace brothers showed up when they were supposed to and did great work. They had one item that was not perfect but corrected it immediately on the their normal post-job check in. We priced the competition and CSB was the best. The communication was so much better than most contractors.

We used Crawl Space Brothers to rehab a crawl space that was holding water. They installed a slotted drain strip and stone around the perimeter of the crawl space and a sump pump system. The work was completed in a timely manner to the specifications we agreed on. Great experience and I 100% recommend using them to anyone with moisture issues!

SO. Here's all I really think you need to know... FOUR YEARS after the original job, these folx STILL CARE. Trevor came out to answer some questions and check on a couple issues that were concerning us. He brought us current on what we needed to know about the system to keep it healthy, fixed the things that needed adjusting, and talked about future options and how we'll know when it's time to take next steps. Crawl Space Brothers remains one of the best of all the service industry companies we've ever hired.

Mario's crew came out from crawl space brothers and he went above and beyond completely encapsulated my crawlspace and even seen couple thinks that were bad that he didn't need to check absolutely awsome crew cant express that enough if you get work done by this company and you get Mario out just know you in good hands hopefully their whole staff is like that.

Our crawl space encapsulation was provided exactly as promised and ahead of schedule. Eric and Mike worked very well together and communicated with us with each phase of the work. John came out to look at our basement and he was here for over an hour helping me check where the leak could be coming from. He had tons of great information and I learned a lot. Great service received by the Crawl Space Brothers! I had an issue with my dehumidifier. Trevor came out to assess the issue and provided clear details on the next steps in the process. I have had two experiences with Crawlspace Brothers Charlotte. In August I had a french drain system and sump pump installed in my crawlspace in Rock Hill. They were there on time, and completed the work quickly and professionally. Several days later, a supervisor scheduled a visit and checked all the work. They did a great, professional job. It was suggested to me installing a dehumidifier in the crawlspace because of the high humidity down there, but I held off to determine if the french drain would resolve the problem. 6 months later I called them to install the dehumidifier and seal the airvents as my humidity was still in the high 70's (instead of the 45-55% recommended to prevent mold and damage). The crew came on time again, and quickly installed the equipment and drainage into my sump pump. Within two days the humidity was down to 50% and has remained there ever since. I have written several reviews about Crawlspace Brothers because they have been simply great. It is a pleasure to have a local company who takes their work seriously and does a complete job the first time! I even got a call recently from the President of Crawlspace Brothers to just check that I was happy with their work. Who does that nowadays? If you need services for your crawlspace, look no further. They are great (and all the people working there are personable and helpful).

I highly recommend Crawl Space brothers, they are a wonderful business. We had a crawl space encapsulation and a dehumidifier installed. They took care of everything, including the electrician. Matt and Trevor were both extremely thorough, professional, and honest. Communication was also fantastic. We got several different quotes and we are so happy that we decided to go with crawl space brothers. I never write reviews but this company really is that good.

We appreciated the service and the work that Crawl Space Brothers provided, from the first visit with Matthew, then Trevor overseeing the scheduling and monitoring quality control. Mario and his crew did the actual wrapping and sealing of our crawl space and were efficient, respectful and cleaned up the area afterward. We recommend them to you!

William, Shane and Philly did a great job encapsulating our crawlspace. They worked in pouring rain and never complained or anything. Also, they noticed an issue with how our condensate line was put together and fixed it for us so it wouldn't become an issue in the future! I have been very satisfied with crawlspace brothers and not to mention their pricing is very reasonable and beat all other quotes I received!
