I'm writing this review with a heavy heart, as I'm still reeling from a truly devastating incident. Previously, I've had incredibly positive experiences with this company. Their customer service and promptness are genuinely amazing, and I've been happy to praise them for the excellent work they've done trashing out units for my company. However, yesterday was a profoundly painful event. In an incomprehensible error, they trashed out the wrong unit, my personal garage unit. All of my belongings, including irreplaceable items belonging to my deceased son and his keepsake box, were removed and disposed of. This removal also included my father’s things that passed away the year after losing my son. This mistake is beyond words. All I had left were memories, and now even those physical reminders are gone. It feels like losing my son all over again. How could such a monumental mistake happen? I am heartbroken and devastated.
