Very responsive and easy to schedule pick up. The crew arrived on time and hauled away some HEAVY items with care.

I'm writing this review with a heavy heart, as I'm still reeling from a truly devastating incident. Previously, I've had incredibly positive experiences with this company. Their customer service and promptness are genuinely amazing, and I've been happy to praise them for the excellent work they've done trashing out units for my company.

However, yesterday was a profoundly painful event. In an incomprehensible error, they trashed out the wrong unit, my personal garage unit. All of my belongings, including irreplaceable items belonging to my deceased son and his keepsake box, were removed and disposed of. This removal also included my father’s things that passed away the year after losing my son.

This mistake is beyond words. All I had left were memories, and now even those physical reminders are gone. It feels like losing my son all over again. How could such a monumental mistake happen? I am heartbroken and devastated.

Great experience! Sent two employees to clear out half a garage worth of trash and took less than 10 minutes from start to finish. Communication was solid and easy payment. Always glad to support veteran owned business.

Very pleased with this service and happy to support a Veteran's owned business. Once we settled on a price, confirmation was sent via email and a link for payment. The crew checked in by phone when they were about 20 minutes away from arrival. They were polite and professional and worked quickly on the small load. Pictures were taken of the items where they were and again to show the condition of the space after the items were removed. This type of service is a lifesaver for someone like me who simply could not get furniture, an office chair, rugs and a flat panel TV down and out of a third-floor unit. Thanks again!
