Bill did a great job repairing soffit and flashing at our home that had rotted after being installed incorrectly. He was prompt and efficient, and was kind enough to clean out our gutters for free while working on the roof. We'd highly recommend Bill and his team for high quality and fair priced work.

This was a good experience from start to finish. Bill and his crew replaced a garage header beam - not an easy job. The quoted price was fair, the work was professionally done, crew was friendly and considerate, clean-up was 100%. I will definitely give Bill and Keyway a call the next time I need work done.

I discovered a significant amount of wood rot around my home's foundation when I was tearing out an existing deck. Wood rot is above my pay grade and I reached out to Keyway to see if they could help. From start to finish, Bill and his team were such a pleasure to deal with. Bill was at my home within 24 hours, explained exactly what went wrong when the original deck was built, and walked me through how he would fix it (and prevent the issue from ever happening again). Bill and team had everything back to better-than-new within just a few days and for a very reasonable price.

I certainly don't want to discover any more rot around my home, but if I do, Keyway will be my first and only call.

This has been my roofer for more than ten years.
The last repair was from a branch from a dead tree had made two wholes in my roof ruining the ceiling below I text Bill and in less then an hour the repair was finished and he was leaving!!!

You can stop looking as you found them. I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service and quality work provided by Bill and the team at Keyway Construction and Roofing. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The team started on time and finished within the projected timeline, which was a huge relief for me. Outline of work done for the record was new roof sheathing, shingles and new James Hardy cedar siding along with everything else involved in the project (house wrap, flashing, paint etc)

The quality of the work is outstanding. The attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident in every aspect of the project. The communication was seamless, and the team was always available to address any questions or concerns I had.

We were having real problems with a door that would not close properly. Bill McHugh took the door down, made it shorter, rehung it and fixed the lock. It is working great. He knew just what to do and how to do it. We would highly recommend Keyway Construction.

Just had our roof completely done by Bill and his team at Keyway. They were fast, affordable (really!), easy to communicate with, and when any problems arose he was apologetic (hard to find in a contractor) and quick to come up with and implement solutions at no additional cost to me.
Because he is also a contractor, he was even able to address unrelated issues both outside (gutter and siding repair) and inside (painting and drywall repair). Sonya his wife and co-owner is also such a pleasure to work with! Having him back again this week to continue working on other projects!

Bill and his crew did a quality and safe job for us. We have a tall chimney that they were able to access and replace siding that were damaged by woodpeckers. I also really appreciated the fact that Bill suggested and completed repairs on areas that you can’t visibly see, but his knowledge allowed him to address the issues to prevent moisture damage. Keyway Construction and Roofing was recommended to me by a colleague who also had a great experience. They quickly took care of a wood rot issue we had at the front door by removing the existing wood and replacing all with PVC, painting, and installing a new doorbell. I found pricing to be competitive from what others quoted and reasonable enough that I did not feel compelled to take it on myself! We will definitely use them again!
