As far as I can tell, they did just fine with the gutter cleaning. I have not experienced any issues related to the gutters. With that being said, it hasn’t rained since they cleaned ‘em. Time will tell. Fella was courteous when I spoke with him. Mighty expensive but I reckon that’s what it costs nowadays.

I was pleasantly surprised when I saw what a great job they did! The reviews are correct...they do an awesome job & actually cleared up some debris, which I thought they'd ignore since it was on the roof, not in a gutter. I'll definitely recommend them to everyone I know! I definitely appreciate the work they did.

First time using Ned Steven's Gutter Cleaning. They were very fast and cleaned up any debris from the gutters. It hasn't rained since my cleaning, so won't know how well the gutters are cleaned. I would recommend Ned Steven's Gutter Cleaning and plan to use them again. One suggestion is please give more of any advance notice when you are on the way to the house. I was sent a text that said would be there between 5 and 25 minutes and next thing I know, my doorbell was ringing.

Service technicians are quick and professional. Having service set up for the year allows me to not worry about my gutters as they always come at regular intervals. My only complaint is that there is no real notice when my service day is coming. I get a text literally as the team is pulling into my driveway, which is disruptive as I work from home and cannot answer the door immediately. It would be great if service days can be noticed a day or two in advance (or more), like all of my other service companies do.

I didn’t realize how much I disliked cleaning my gutters until I didn’t have to clean them anymore. I don’t even have to think about them anymore. Now that I’ve gotten older I don’t need to worry about going up and down the ladder to clean gutters. The men from Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning show up, announced ahead of time, and do all the work. They are very professional and polite. They clean the gutters, they clean up after themselves and they leave a thank you note on the door. That’s one less thing I have to worry about! Thank you Ned Stevens. I highly recommend this company.

I ordered gutter cleaning service on May 1, and was told it would be done within 5 business days. I called again on June 12 to find out when the cleaning would be done and was told to wait til Friday and if it's not done, a firm date would be assigned to me. There had been no rain in that time, so on Wednesday the 19th, I was preparing to cancel and get someone else when I finally received word that a crew was on the way.
The actual work was fine, and it's not that big of a deal since I didn't have to be home and it didn't affect my schedule, but as an old-school person I don't appreciate the lack of professionalism.

Ned’s gutter cleaning service was exceptional.
My 2nd time using them and both times the staff was exceptional, took time to cleanup after clearing gutters while also taking the debris with them.
Only negative feedback is the price but they usually offer discounts.
Intend to continue using if the price is right.

I was pleased with the job, but I was initially told it would approximately 2 weeks for the service to arrive. When 2 weeks became 3 I called and could not be told when to expect my gutters to be cleaned. They were cleaned the next day after my phone call. You should be able to tell your customers where they are in the order of when to expect service. All I got was the weather excuse which is understandable but you should be able to tell your customers how long they will have to wait after the 2 week window promised. In short you need to improve your communication.

The crew was very punctual and performed their services as promised. The cleanup was very good and left the yard and decks without any hint of debris from the gutter cleaning. I think the next step to elevate their services would be to use ladder standoffs so the ladders don't rest on the edge of the gutters. Micro denting is a potential problem with multiple services each year.

Great job! Professional, clean and arrived on time. They cleaned out all my gutters and packed all the debris into bags placed at curb. Quick response. Didn’t have to wait weeks for service. Highly recommend. Appreciate Mr Spencer for his professionalism and advice.

Two men came out and cleaned my gutters, repaired one area by fastening the gutter to the fascia, fixed two of my down spouts with strappings. Overall, Excellent experience! I was apprehensive at first as I have had some issues with different companies not doing anything they had promised. But, Ned's did exactly what they promised, arrived on time, did the job, and cleaned up the area. The people were professional in every way.

Service and price are very good but communication could be better.
Less than :15 notice has been their standard for coming out to clean our gutters, even though we have a pet who needs to be inside, a gate to open, etc. We don’t understand why they cannot provide a target “window” the day before they come, with the caveat that weather can impact whether the appointment happens. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

They came to the door and rang the doorbell to notify me that they were here and ready to work (which is a nice change from people just starting in and not notifying that they are there). They were quickly and proficiently, and I was very happy. Since they were here to clean the gutters, I’m now hoping for the first rain to see how well it was done!

They offered the best price and were recommended by a few neighbors. There was still some stringy pecan tree pollen on the front side of the roof. They made sure to get it all down. 3 paper bags of debris at my curb! The 2 man crew worked fast. They were gone before I even knew it. Couldn't have been but 15-20 minutes. The persistent phone sales pitch for a service plan was irritating but, overall, I would recommend Ned Stevens for gutter cleaning.

This was my first time using this Company. They were excellent. Cleaned my roof off and cleaned my gutters. All debris was removed as promised. I will definitely use them again. If you’re looking to get a job done without drama this is the place to go. Thank you

I love that I don’t have to worry about scheduling a gutter cleaning, they just come at the most important times of the year and are quick and efficient. They also always clean the area surrounding our house like our patio (better than when we clean…) and are courteous towards our plants and home. I like that we have the option to schedule other kinds of services straight from our customer portal online and I can see the estimated dates of service up to a year out. It gives me peace of mind as a new homeowner that our gutters will be well taken care of and we will be notified if they discover an issue.

This company knows how to keep customers. Their first point-of-contact (the people that take your phone call) are pleasant, professional, knowledgeable & helpful. They set me up with an appointment for the next week. I did not have to be home so my gutters were cleaned without me needing to be there. They sent me a copy of my invoice quickly. Payment was processed after the job was complete (not at time of booking). Will definitely use this company again!

I am very unsatisfied with this company’s gutter cleaning service and would NOT recommend them to anyone. They came to our home to clean leaves from the gutters - we had no issue with drainage or overflow, just needed a cleaning. After the left, they called to tell me that our home needed an entire gutter replacement for approximately $5k because the pitch was not correct. All the sudden, our gutters are overflowing and flooding our porch. Never before have we had an issue even with full gutters until they came and decided that we had an urgent problem to be fixed. Very unfortunate experience and now we are trying to determine how to solve this very expensive issue we were never faced with before their service.

Because I can’t counter their response below, editing this comment to add my response: you’re missing the point. my issue is not with the inspection or report provided. My issue is that there was never a problem with my gutters overflowing and flooding until your company worked on them. The issue you reported to me (a new issue since you’ve been here) conveniently supports your recommendation that I need entire gutter replacement for thousands of dollars.

Every aspect of our gutter cleaning service met or exceeded expectations! Scheduling the service was easy, the workers were prompt and courteous, they did a great job of cleaning our gutters, cleaned up completely, and honestly, flawlessly!

The price of the service was also competitive with local options.

The gutter cleaning is fine. But, if they find anything dirty (siding, driveway, etc...) they will leave a card on your door. It'll vaguely and ominously say they found an issue. Then they won't stop calling for months trying to sell you more services. I just want my gutters cleaned because I don't want to get on the ladder. Leave me alone after that.

First time using this company but certainly won’t be the last. I was put on the schedule quickly as needed. They were prompt and left me a nice bag showing me the leaves removed from my gutters. I was so impressed as I was not home when they did the work. Highly recommend. Reasonable pricing.
