Ashley and Brittany cleaned our house on 11/18/20 and they did a truly amazing job. This is the cleanest our house has been since we moved in! They were polite and pleasant during their visit and everything looks wonderful. I am so pleased with their work and am excited to work with them again!

We had used Maid Pro years ago while we were working. We decided to do it ourselves after retiring but changes in life, health led us back to Maid Pro. Lauren was very polite & did a good job cleaning our home.

Yesterday, Brittany came to clean our 3 bedroom / 3 bath house for the first time. She was friendly and professional, and she asked clarifying questions about some of my personal preferences for cleaning. I left halfway through the cleaning, and when I got home, my house was sparkling clean. Some technicians have a hard time getting our stainless steel appliances streak free. Not Brittany. They looked great. Brittany did a beautiful job, and she was a genuinely nice person to have in our house. I would definitely give Brittany 5 stars.
My only disappointment with MaidPro is that when we began our service a few months ago, I requested consistency with cleaning technicians in our home, and I requested that 2 technicians be sent out instead of 1. Our house is not particularly big, but it is big enough to justify 2 technicians. We've had as many as 3 technicians, and often, as few as 1. I think that puts a lot on the one technician. In addition, it's nice to have the same people for each cleaning so that we know each other, and so that they are familiar with our home. I suspect that Covid has played a part in this lack of consistency. I do hope that we can continue with Brittany!

I've had Ashley and Brittany for the past two times and they have done an amazing job each time. They are very professional and are very friendly. Every time they clean my home they always leave it smelling fresh. These girls deserve a raise. I would recommend them to anyone who's needing their home clean. They make my decision to have maidpro clean my home an easy one.

I have been nothing but impressed with MaidPro. From the initial call to schedule an appointment to every cleaning since, everyone I have interacted with is incredibly professional yet personable. I love how they individualize your service and follow up to ensure you are happy and satisfied. Brittney does an amazing job every time and is great to work with. I’m really glad I found this company to help me around the house. My life has been much easier since. Highly recommend.

Megan always does such a great job! She even cleaned a few of the kids' items that she didn't have to. Love having her clean our home. Lindsay does a fantastic job as well. I have never seen my floors and toilets shine the way they do after she cleans them. Cathy left a cute goodie bag for the kids when she came and cleaned. Great service! Keep up the good work!!

Tianne with Maid Pro East Charlotte cleaned our home this week, and it was such a pleasure to have her here. Tianne was thorough in her cleaning, very profession and friendly, just as she was two weeks ago when she was in our home.

I have used MaidPro for almost a year and it has made my life so much easier! Morgan does an amazing job with my home. It always feels so nice to come home to a fresh, clean home. The special touches she left yesterday made me love this company even more. She left little stickers on the toilet paper rolls and arranged the kids stuffed animals on their beds wearing hats and scarves and blankets around them, so cute! I love the attention to detail they provide with the check point system insuring everything is done. Customer service is exceptional. Thank you for always providing wonderful service to me..it really means a lot!

They are professional and pleasant to work with. It was such an easy process to set up with Ashley a moving cleanup service. We will definitely be calling them to clean at our new house. Michele D., Michele M. and Stacey were efficient and fun to work with.

Brittany and Ashley came to my house to do a redo clean. My 1st service experience was terrible none to say the least. However, I called MaidPro and they fix all my concerns. Now, I am on a regular rotation and I love it. Ashley has been constantly coming and does a great job! No complications. Also Lillian is great at responding to emails and follow ups. She is awesome as well. I am overwhelmed with joy for MaidPro. I no longer feel overwhelmed about my home being dirty. Ashton and Micahala also have come with Ashley and did great as well. Just started using this service in DEC 24'. Began with a deep clean then a monthly followup cleaning in Jan and Feb. Wow, what a difference - the house always looks and feels clean now. Thanks to Alyssa and the crew that give their time and energy at our home!

She addressed all the areas of my mother’s home that I requested. I would definitely recommend this company for a return visit on my next home residence cleaning need.

I've been using MaidPro for 1-2 months and overall so far it has been a good experience. The office staff has been very accommodating and responsive. Really friendly too! One of the house cleaner's, Ashley has done an incredible job the times she has come. Ashley said we can request her for future cleanings so I'm planning on doing that. She is very friendly and does a seriously impressive job. Like, really impressive. We got a card saying if we write a review and mention her name she will get a $20 bonus which is the main reason I'm doing this, she certainly deserves it and probably a raise. The pricing for MaidPro seems a little steep. I signed up with them because we needed a service quickly and we wanted one that maintained proper COVID-19 precautions (excellent on both fronts). Since then I've asked a few friends who have house cleaners what they pay and they are paying a significant amount less (about $40 less) and their house is over twice the size of ours! For that reason I may not continue with MaidPro, but for now (we are in the process of selling) it works.

MaidPro cleaned my Mom’s home and they did such a good job, we asked them to do our home. Sierra came today and did a fantastic job! Even our furry family members liked her, and she even left them treats! We are so appreciative of her hard work and attention to detail! I highly recommend MaidPro and Sierra!!

We just had our initial cleaning and I am thrilled. Our house is super clean and they touched all the areas I requested a thorough clean in. They even washed the couple of dirty dishes we had in our sink(that was not on the checklist of items to be done). I am super pleased with MaidPro and the team that cleaned our home, can’t wait for our next cleaning!

I have used MaidPro before and all previous services I would have rated a 4 start, but this last service was 5 star worthy! Tara, Brittany and Ashley did a wonderful job with my whole house and in addition to that they were extremely friendly. I worked from home that day and they showered my puppy with love and made me feel like part of the gang when they were near. Excellent experience!

Update 2022: Caitlin has been coming out to clean my house for some time now and not only does she do a great job, but she is also very friendly and efficient. Both myself and my dog enjoying seeing her every other week and I would request her services in the future if I ever needed changes or a different date. Highly recommend!

I wanted to let anyone know looking for a cleaning company that MaidPro staff are super awesome. Ashley was super nice. And although I had to cancel my service due to my apartment complex I will definitely be back in the future. They sent the most awesome cleaner Jessica to my home and she is so detailed and organized. And I immediately knew I wanted her to clean my home all the time. The company made me feel like family in just the short amount of time.
