I have been using Maid Pro for around 6 months now and absolutely love their service. My house sparkles everytime they come out. They are respectful of my home and possessions. They are also so sweet to my pet!

Kayla did a fantastic job of taking care of our house. Notice I didn't say just cleaning our house, I said taking care of it because when she or the pros at Maid-Pro come to do a clean here it's as if they are someone who actually cares about our house! We feel so much better after they have cleaned our house. The only reason I wouldn't recommend Kayla is so that she doesn't get so overbooked that she can't clean our house anymore!

My family and I have had the pleasure of working with Yoelainny. She is an absolute joy to work with. She is kind and professional and does an amazing job. We really love the treats they leave for our furry babies. It’s everything! I highly recommend MaidPro services to anyone looking for deep cleaning or weekly service!

Kayla and Natalie came to clean my home this morning. They were not only sweet and professional but they did an outstanding job of cleaning my home. I am so disappointed. I am almost 9 months pregnant and wanted a house cleaning before our baby arrives and inevitable guests. It's very hard to get around and clean when you're super pregnant. I hired this company based on reviews. Oh my god. They did a horrible job. They didn't clean the grout between the tiles AT ALL. Was not touched in either bathroom. The drain topper didn't look very clean so I sprayed it with scrubbing bubbles and wiped it with a paper towel. Brown gunk! I have a photo attached- this is with minimal wiping! They also did not vacuum. I vacuumed part of my house that night and will attach a photo of the full tank of dirt and hair. My husband asked them to clean the fridge. They didn't do that. They asked if we had a laundry room and we said yes and they didn't touch it. Honestly I feel like what did we even pay for? Clean countertops and sinks? Such a waste of money. I sent my feedback and they offered to reclean. But my husband said he will just do the rest because he doesn't want to deal with them again. They shouldn't even have to redo it if they bothered to do a decent job in the first place. I can't believe I was so excited to have a freshly cleaned house only to have to pick up where they left off.

Bella has come twice to my home and every time she has done a great job! Highly recommend Maidpro for all of your housekeeping needs.

I had the service on 9/22/2025. Two cleaners were supposed to arrive but only 1 came. She was waiting for the other lady to arrive for about 45 mins. The manager/supervisor Ashely did not care to inform that the other lady is running late. She never showed up. The other cleaner who arrived , began work after 1 hour or arrival. She just dusted the blinds, barely did nothing. I had to call another cleaner that evening. Worst service and arrogant supervisor. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone!!

No proper communication between the cleaners and management. Of the 2 cleaners that were supposed to arrive, only 1 showed up. We waited for the cleaner # 2 for about 45 mins and then cleaner 1 began work. But the supervisor Ashley did not care to call me and inform that the cleaner 2 is running late or can’t show up that day! Bad coordination. Minimal cleaning got done that day, basically wasted money!! I will not recommend this business to anyone and will not call them again!!

Alyssa at MaidPro East does a great cleaning job every time! My house is spotless from baseboards to bathtub to ceiling fan. She is very thorough and efficient as well as polite and reliable. Thank you Alyssa and MaidPro! Every personal hurdle is easier with a sparkling clean house.

Kat has does a wonderful job for us and we are looking forward to a long relationship! She is always on time and takes care of any area of special cleaning we may need in addition to her regular cleaning duties. She is very thorough and so nice!

Kat did an absolutely fantastic job! We have a small house with four very furry animals, and she went above and beyond tackling all the pet hair and the little details that usually get missed. The place looked spotless, felt fresh, and you could really tell she took her time and cared about the quality of her work. We’re so grateful for her attention to detail — it made such a difference. Flawless, professional removal of two large trees in a timely manner at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended and will use again for trimming and removal needs.
