Appreciate the honesty during the service call for my heating system. Kendall was very good at explaining things to me and what to watch for during the service. Look forward to having them back in the spring for A/C inspection.

This was our first experience with Killingsworth. Our service guy Derrick was very knowledgeable and explained the services. So far we're pleased and even recommended them to a neighbor.

Over the last several years we have been dealing with another hvac company who installed our unit, we had too many issues to even begin to type out with them. Killingsworth can out and saved day. Jonathan, Whitt, and Kendall came out and took care of us, and our AC and we havnt had issues since. They are truly fantastic. Killingsworth is our go to for any service, hands down.

Customer service is a BIG deal. Zach delivered on EVERY level, in spades.
The service we paid for was pest/insect removal. What we received was ultra-friendly service and super timely, kindness to our kids and dog, and my wife's confidence that we'll no longer have spiders & centipedes as our roommates. And lots of dead bugs.

My only complaint is with Google - they won't let me give 15 stars.

Killingsworth was extremely responsive when I reached out to them about a possible termite issue. Pete came out to inspect the property the next day and confirmed issues. He did so quickly and was able to provide an estimate right away. There was no pressure and he was very knowledgeable in the pests and treatment. I can see why this company was recommended to me and I did sign up for yearly service and treatment. Will recommend to anyone needing pest control.

The star is for the workers. They are awesome. They will work with you to make sure things are done well. Caleb did a great job, the manager is awesome , very humble and knowledgeable.

I have been using Killingsworth for several years. They're always professional and courteous. Their follow through on issues is prompt and thorough . My favorite technicians are Alfaro and Derrick . They both offer tips on prevention and Killingsworth services.

Mr. Rojas came to my house to do a treatment. When he arrive he was a very polite man and respectful man. He explain to me what he was going to do that day. I would recommend Killingworth to family and friends and ask for Alvaro Rojas

We noticed that our heat was not working and we thought it was the thermostat so we called Killingsworth. Someone was able to come out the day we called. Tony Kannenburg was the technician that showed up for the call. We explained what was going on and Tony said it wasn't the thermostat. He went under the house and found out that there were several wasp nest in our exhaust vent which would not allow the heating unit to run due to a safety feature. Who would've thunk? Tony came back in the house and explained the situation to us and stayed for about 20-30 minutes to make sure our heating system continued to work. Tony was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Our system is still under warranty so there was no charge for the visit. My husband and I were so impressed with Tony's knowledge with our system that we felt the least we could do is buy him lunch! GREAT customer service Tony, keep up the good work!!

Alvaro Rojas is an excellent technician for Killingsworth Environment. I look forward to having him expect my home. He is so friendly and kind. My home is bug and termite free. Thank you Killingsworth for allowing me to always schedule my home appointments with Alvaro Rojas.

Jason arrived very promptly on time and worked quickly and efficiently. He was extremely courteous and polite. Very glad I do business with Killingsworth and they hire people like Jason.

Tech was on time...did a good inspection, explained what he did, first class operation. Had some major work done a year ago.... I am satisfied with their work. Word of Caution... There are crooks out these, use caution when having work done, I was sold on KW's warranty and others feed back that was posted on work quality.

Jacob came out this AM to perform our annual pest inspection. He was most pleasant & very knowledgeable. Did a great job. Killingsworth never disappoints with the people on their staff.

Killingsworth Environmental sent Kendall Alexander & his dog Avery to my house for a bed bug inspection. The company should be very proud to have such a professional, gracious, and nice employee! I was so stressed & asked many questions but he answered all of them knowledgeably. Alvaro was very prompt, courteous and careful as he treated our home. He listened patiently as I described the types of pests we had seen then applied treatment inside and outside. He explained that we should keep our pets inside for the next hour. I would recommend his work and Killingsworth to anyone who asks.

Our company called Killingsworth after discovering that our offices were being invaded by ants (in Dec!). Jimmy arrived on time, did a complete site inspection, and provided us with a couple of maintenance plan options to keep us pest-free. Robbie did a great job with my lawn this summer. He were open and honest, recommending only preventative measures since it was not the best time of year to seed and aerate. I have since signed up for the Gold package for lawn care, and I am very optimistic he will be able to give me the best lawn on the block!

I truly have my Killingsworth with this company. I’ve had a termite bond for the last 4 years, and this year we were do for a pretreatment. Every seven years we have to treat the entire perimeter to keep those little bugs away.

I have had a wonderful experience with Killingsworth and highly recommend that you, give them a chance to earn your business.
