Jason, was a pleasure to work with. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything. He had a wealth of knowledge about the critters I had encountered and was able to asway my fears about those I was concerned about. I've used other services but I felt this was the most thorough anyone has been. Thanks Jason!

Jacob was friendly and professional. He and his partner showed up on time, they explained to me what they were going to do, and answered my questions. The drill holes (for termite treatment) were evenly spaced and filled in nicely. He took his time and did a thorough job. When the job was finished, he explained the documents I had to sign and invited me to call if I had any questions or difficulty. It was pretty straight forward and the kind of service that every customer should receive!

Alvaro is fantastic!! Always right on time and super friendly. He always confirms the instructions and is very thorough. He is respectful of our things and property. I feel comfortable and confident having Alvaro in my home. Awesome service all around! Thanks!

Kevin, lawn tech :), knows his stuff and provided me with a good understanding of the challenges my lawn was facing and suggestions on how to beat care for it all year long. He was quick and efficient in providing treatment and made sure to clean up any mess before leaving.

We have been with Killingsworth since 2001 and are quite happy with them. Besides doing a very thorough termite etc spray and warranty they also check our crawl space to be sure all is nice and dry. If we ever see a critter inside or even in our covered porch, we call back and they come immediately and the problem is solved. Very good service!

I had my siding and all hardscapes cleaned. Ben V. did an excellent job! The house veritably shines! I got a high quality service, worth the money. Ben arrived promptly, was courteous, and even helped me with moving some heavy items off, then back on, the patio. Will use Killingsworth again.

Alvaro Rojas was my service provider. He was extremely thorough and professional. When he found evidence of old termite damage outside a window, he did a great job of explaining (and showing me) why it was different than another place that was just water damaged. He provided the report via of email as requested almost immediately. The office staff I contacted to set up the inspection within two business days. I definitely recommend Killingsworth and will be using them to protect my home. And thank you Mr. Rojas for providing such excellent service!

Derrick and Robbie were both personable, professional, thorough and efficient. Although Killingsworth has been our pest control company for over a decade, this was the first treatment at our new home. Since we are in a different area of Charlotte it was our first time meeting Derrick and Robbie. Jacob came out to begin service on our house for the year. He was very professional and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure that everything was done that we needed done. Because my husband travels, we got the bed bug policy, just in case. It was more affordable than other companies.

Considered three different companies that used hot water extraction. We went with Killingsworth based on the experience with the sales person, explanation, and local reputation.
Thomas, the technician, was awesome! He was both personal and professional and gave us great confidence. His experience and dedication to doing a professional job was apparent. The carpets and rugs look brighter and new again. More importantly they have been thouroghly and professionally cleaned. Thank You Killingsworth!

Killingsworth is "all that and a bag of chips!" We've been using Killingsworth for over 9 years between two houses we've been in, and I cannot tell you how comforting it is to know they're there. It brings us great peace of mind when we hire them for service. Their quality of work is always fabulous, and we've had termite, pest control, and HVAC work done by them. I know when we replace our water heater, and think about encapsulating our crawl space they'll be most likely who we call. Is it because they've been the cheapest? Not always. But, their work is something that I never worry about having to call someone else to fix. Killingsworth does things right! The staff is also wonderful. Chris just came and did our pest and termite prevention yesterday, and he's tremendous. He explains everything, and answers all my questions with kindness and a good sense of humor. If I could sum them up in a sentence: You're killing yourself, if you don't get your Killingsworth.

As usual, Chris was friendly and informative - great company representative...he continues the 13 year tradition of excellence that I have experienced with Killingsworth. If u are researching and comparing to competitors - please save yourself time and money...the do the job right year after year. They hire great people who enjoy what they do and do it well.

The Agent was very professional and friendly. He was very thorough with spraying inside and outside of my townhouse. He is very knowledgeable of the different types of bugs. I showed him a couple of dead bugs I collected after out of town family stay over, he immediately knew what they were. I feel very confident that I chose Killingsworth as my service.

We have used Killingsworth for many years. They have always been professional and very helpful. They have services other than pest control and those have been great! The work they did has been complimented by many other service people who have seen their work. We are extremely happy with the service they have provided.

He was on time, and did a thorough job. I haven't seen this level of professionalism is a long time. I would recommend them to anyone!

We have had a termite and pest warranty service with Killingsworth Environmental for a few years now. Brandon is our specialist and he's wonderful! Each year he arrives on time, he talks about the service he is about to do, explains where he'll be and what's involved, and it's a very reassuring and pleasant process. We have pets, kids, and a lot of indoor / outdoor traffic and our home has stayed bug free all that time. The cost is also very reasonable. It's super important for us to be able to work with a company with employees we can trust and who know what they are doing and do a super job.

Update 11-16-17 We also checked into their plumbing services and were very pleased once again. Mike Sisk came out to give info and an estimate on options to replacing our aging water heater. He was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. At no time was there any pressure to make a decision right then or to choose one type of equipment over another. That was very much appreciated. Once the completed estimate arrives, in addition to replacing the water heater we may also change out some fixtures and toilets since he was very helpful with those too. Definitely glad we called them.

Kevin did a great job spraying inside and outside my house today. He was thorough and explained the forms well at the end of our meeting prior to my received from Kevin. I would recommend him payment. Chris then came to the door and explained that Kevin was in training and would be on his own on Monday. I was very happy with the service I received from Kevin. I would recommend him.

We've been working with Cardinal Environmental for a while now and it's been excellent. Gabe is always professional, on time and goes above and beyond to meet our needs. If we ever see a bug (which is rare), I can reach out to Gabe and he can usually come check it out pretty quickly. Definitely gives us peace of mind knowing we're taken care of.
