Buckle up for a great review! We own a 1965 home that came with a variety of electrical issues. We had an emergency repair completed on our meter, got new service installed, new electrical panel, all new outlets and switches, AND some new fixtures and bathroom fans added. This work was spaced out over several months.

Jason was our project manager and did an amazing job. Not only was he responsive, did everything he said he was going to do, but you could tell he truly cared that the job was done correctly. Mark, the Mike’s, and others did great work at our home. They were extremely polite and respectful. The variety of expertise at Arc is unmatched and I feel like their pricing was very fair for the quality of work and top of the line materials. Their willingness to help with last minute changes or unknowns was also greatly appreciated. If you need a great, honest, and hardworking team to help you with your electrical, look no further. My husband and I hired Arc Electric to install electrical outlets in our bathrooms. Mark S, the electrician who came, was great. He was professional, efficient and friendly. He installed the outlets quickly and was able to do so without cutting into any drywall. He also addressed another minor electrical issue that wasn't on the schedule. We assume that all of Arc's electricians are as good as Mark, and we would definitely use them again.

Great work as always! I needed them to put wiring in my ceiling so I can have a fan, and they got it done on time and for a reasonable price! They also stayed aware of my blind cat who was roaming around, which we're very appreciative.

ARC Electric did extensive electric work for us and we are very pleased. The electrician was very thorough and professional. He listened to us regarding where we wanted the installation, gave us feedback and information, and all was done perfectly. Arc Electric and Technician Jesse C. completed the electrical hook up of my pool equipment today. Naturally, I expected it to be done correctly and to code and I have no doubt it is perfect. What really impressed me was how careful Jesse was to make sure the boxes and power lines were installed in a neat or orderly way. The job just looks neat and professional. Jesse was polite and respectful to me, the homeowner, and did a great job of communicating what was being done. Mark did a fantastic job installing the Tesla Wall Connector. He arrived at 10:25AM and finished the job at 11:45AM. Excellent communication and attention to details. I appreciate the explanation and install process. Great company to use for your electrical needs.

I had a large light fixture replaced in my 20 foot foyer and I had a phenomenal experience working with the two electricians from Arc! They were on time, courteous, patient, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and the end result. I will refer Arc to anyone needing electrical work!

Mark and his assistant did a great job for me inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing the meter box and ground wires. He worked well with the county inspector and explained the issue and fix required and all my questions patiently. They then did a great job installing some ceiling lights and took great care to do it correctly, quickly and made sure they understood and met my requirements. Finally, I asked Mark to inspect the work done by the HVAC team that just installed a new AC and Furnace. Mark found a significant issue with the AC disconnect which I was able to get the HVAC folks to fix and then found a few issues in the breaker box which he fixed. Very thorough and very friendly.

The people when I tried to schedule were so kind but we had an appointment for monday, there was no communication, no show, and then I'm woken up at 7:30am the next morning by a ringing doorbell...
Like I said they were nice but the lack of communication and no apology for being woken up hours before I was going to get up on my day off was jarring...

Wanted a Tesla wall connector installed in a garage that was far away from the breaker panel. They gave me the best quote and did a clean job. Thank you

Update:
So convenient and “coincidentally” one of the breaker that was moved from the original space was broken which was perfectly working fine before this work. After the tech came to check I was charged another $89 for a breaker that would cost $7 at Home Depot. Since this stopped working after the work they did, I would assume that it would’ve been done without any charge to me after I spent so much already for the charger installation itself.
