I had three chandeliers installed, they arrived on time, very professional and cleaned up all debris and took away all the boxes and old fixtures! Highly recommend.

We were extremely disappointed when our technician only spent 20 minutes before leaving and claiming the problem was outside the scope of the company. We were charged a full $100 service fee for this visit and had to call a different company out (who provides the same services) just to receive the attention we deserved. The problem was ultimately as straightforward as a circuit breaker that was tripped and we hadn’t realized. Something that the technician at Arc could have resolved in less than 5 minutes if they paid attention and cared to try and find the cause of the problem. To say that isn’t a problem this company handles is absurd. We were extremely disappointed and will not be using this company again, nor will we recommend to any of our neighbors or friends. It is clear they are just in it for the quick cash and don’t provide an actual service. Do not waste your time with them.

Arc Electric responded promptly to a request to install an EV charger in my garage. Kris arrived early and was very professional. He did a fantastic job with the charger installation and walked me through what to expect with the installation process and how to use the charger. As part of standard protocol, Arc Electric followed up promptly to coordinate with State Inspector to confirm no concerns with the installation. I would recommend Kris and Arc Electric to anyone looking for an EV charger installation.

Great experience with our installer Mark. We have a new construction home that was pre-fitted to receive a Tesla wall charger, the install was quick and simple and looks great. We did not price shop much so cannot speak to whether on par or expensive, but he was in and out in a couple hours. As advertised!

Michael Reswing . He was very helpful to me. I am renovating one of my bathrooms and had Michael install a new vent fan and light fixture . It never occurred to me to change out the 30 year old light switch and outlet . Michael suggested changing them and luckily he did because it ties out that every time the light switch was turned on it was sparking . So thankful for his discovery .
He was on time and very pleasant to work with .

We are first time home buyers and were recommended to ARC through some friends. Scheduled an appointment and Mark came out. The whole process was very easy. The lady who scheduled our appointment was very understanding. Mark was awesome. I very much appreciate his service and answering a first time home owners nervous questions. UPDATE 6/12/25
Got home from vacation, lost power through 75% of the house. Called ARC didn't have an appointment till Friday. They were able to get some one "after hours" to come help day of. It cost extra but when you work from home you have to bite the bullet. SUPER THANKFUL for KIM at ARC for being so helpful and the service manager for finding a way to get us taken care. Even the "after hours" electrician that came out. Everyone from ARC took care of us and was very kind and helpful. Our electrician was very friendly and gave me some advice on some other electrical issues.
