Billy and the crew at Stelco are true professionals. I was referred to them by Duke Energy for an EV charger install. Robert came out to conduct the initial site survey and provided expert advice for routing of conduit and siting of the charger. A.J. came out to perform the installation and did an excellent job—I would highly recommend Stelco Electric for any electrical work!

Robert installed my Tesla charger. Showed up when he said he would, finished the job quicker than he said he would, great work, cleaned up after himself. Couldn't be happier with the install. Even gave me some advice on a unrelated electrical question. Can't recommend Stelco enough for Tesla charger installs.

Robert came out the next day after I accepted the quote and worked with me to determine exactly where I wanted the conduit ran and exactly where the charger would be mounted. The work was top notch, very clean and exactly like we had discussed. From start to finish it only took 2-3 hours. If you are looking for a electrician to perform some work I couldn't recommend Robert and Stelco more.

Duke Energy recommended Stelco for installing an EV charger in my garage and subsidized the cost. Billy Carithers at Stelco responded quickly and worked up an estimate based on information and photos I sent them. A J., the installation tech, arrived on time and carefully got the job done the way I wanted it. It was a very hot day, so he had to pace himself, so it took all day, but he was very pleasant and easy to work with. As agreed in the estimate, I did all the trench digging, and together we got the job done by suppertime. Everything works as it should, and I'm very pleased. Stelco did a great job, and I recommend them highly.

Had stelco move an outlet and demo one that was no longer necessary. After talking to Billy, Josh came out the same day and took care of it. Fair pricing, didn’t try upsell me or anything like that, and explained the various aspects of the work. Would definitely call again for future electrical needs!

Robert from Stelco Electric did the electrical work for my new sunroom and I am very pleased. Robert was on time, worked efficiently and was very thorough. He made great suggestions about updating my flood lights which I appreciated since he did all the research for me. Also, there was a problem with a fountain that the previous owner installed and I was not using and he took care of that issue for me without any hesitation. He also helped me figure out an issue I had by showing me an inside switch that controls outside outlets. Robert was professional however friendly and easy to work with. I really appreciated him and his boss Billy. I highly recommend this company but especially I recommend Robert. Thank you!

I had such a hard time finding someone to install my Tesla wall connector. I have looked up names of certified installers on the Tesla website however the majority of the ones on the website did not return my calls. One of the companies turned out to be a call center for different electricians and I became frustrated because they were located in Utah and were so difficult to reach by phone, email, or text message; and I got severely frustrated because I lost a lot of time with them. Another issue that I faced was that many companies were not accepting appointments when I was available which was afternoon or weekends. I decided to go ahead and pay extra for electric company that I was accustomed to using in a different city because I'm currently outside of the radius. Meanwhile, Billy returned the phone call from the voicemail that I left his company over the weekend on Monday. I basically told him never mind I'm good I've scheduled someone to come out later this week. He said "I hope that they are able to help you with the Duke Energy rebate", and I told him I would circle back if anything went wrong with that appointment. Meanwhile I decided to ask him, "How soon can you get here" He said, 'I can have someone as early as 8:00 a.m. tomorrow! And we take care of the permitting process and everything." That was music to my ears. I went to Best buy and bought the wall connector. My electrician AJ arrived promptly at 8:00 the following morning and completed the work in a timely professional manner. We had a brief discussion when he first arrived and by the time we parted ways I was so confident that he could get the job done quickly the first time so I left him alone to do his work. Sure enough my wall connector is installed, it's really nice, works as designed, and I am so happy! I definitely recommend Stelco Electric for your electrical needs whether they be a Tesla wall connector or anything else.
