I really give this place a 0 star. They charge you to return something that hasn't been opened. Chargerd us $25 to return 2 small switches that we found cheaper somewhere else! They are over priced to begin with and told my husband if he didn't need them he could return them as long as they weren't opened. He returned them, unopened, then they said they would have to charge a restock fee. Didn't tell him that when he asked if they could be returned if he didn't need them. Poor way of doing business. Just wanted to let other know how they are so they aren't ripped off too.

This company came recommended so I was really excited to have a company I could trust. I was wrong. Installed a new outlet for a generator. In the process they did not connect all the wires back. Disposal did not work, that was repaired next day. Then I noticed three kitchen outlets did not work. That took over two weeks for them to return to repair. When they came back out a third time they left the panel on the ground. After all the hassle and non working outlets, you would think they would adjust my bill for the inconvenience. After receiving the bill, which was more than quoted, I had to call and ask for an adjustment . I was super patient and they were friendly. They took off $75.00 for the hassle. Extremely disappointed in this company. I was going to use them for the electrical work for my new pool install. At least I know now.

Wish I could tell you about their work but I can't. I actually walked into their office to hire them. Young lady said she would have someone call me. Days later I got the call and missed it because I was cutting my lawn. Called back immediately and left message on phone of the man who called me. Asked him to please call me back. He NEVER called me back. I have no idea what kind of quality work they actually perform but you can see how they handle part of their business. Very frustrating.

Divisive and purposely offensive political statements on their company vehicles is unprofessional and disgusting. Would never trust them to do a quality job in any home or business if they had an inclination that the customer felt differently.

I contacted Hinson Electric as a new client since our regular electrician was unable to get us on their schedule in a timely manner.
We had an issue with a light in one of our doctors' bathrooms not working. I left a message, and they contacted me back within a few hours and had two gentlemen at our hospital within an hour of his call. The electricians were very pleasant, they took their time to explain the issue and their recommendations and fixed the issue quickly.

You will be my first call in the future. Thank you for working us in so quickly! We appreciate you guys!!

Ethan Hinson was the worst!! I left several messages and finally rec’d a call back after a couple weeks! When he came to see what was needed he told me the hourly rate!!
He said it MAY take up to two hours.
NEVER DID HE MENTION THAT HE CHARGED A MINIMUM OF 2 HOURS!!!!!
The guys that did the job were excellent and finished in 20 minutes.?
Ethan is the son of the owner or part owner, I have no idea!!! But to run a business as he does (overcharging and or not giving people the full picture), it makes me wonder how he is able to stay in business!!!
I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone! On the other hand, I do tell anyone that needs electrical work done, NOT TO USE HINSON ELECTRIC!!!

I highly recommend the American Titan Electric team! They are extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and hardworking. They completely transformed my dark and muted house to a bright and vibrant home! The team installed puck lights with dimmers, track lights, fans throughout the house, and fixed electrical issues. They were quick, efficient, and did a great job of communicating throughout the entire process.

I had American Titan Electric install all of the electrical wiring in my new Garage/Storage/Pool House. Chris Ocampo, Miguel, Robert, Angel, and Arturo were a pure joy to work with. All were very professional and extremely hard working. They arrived on time each day and worked late into the evenings. This was a rather large job and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. This crew continually strived to complete the job to our satisfaction, even when we made several changes throughout the job, they were more than accommodating. I can't say enough about the great work ethic, knowledge and professionalism of everyone on this crew, they all were outstanding. The County Electrical Inspector even commented on how neat all of the wiring had been installed. My Husband and I are so glad that we called American Titan Electric to wire our new building and we will not hesitate to call them again if we ever need any electrical work done. We highly recommend Chris and crew at American Titan Electric for all electrical needs.

The team at American Titan Electric is by far and away the best Electrician outfit that I have come across in the 20 years I have been in the construction industry. They have partnered with me on multiple new construction custom homes that I have built. However, they still service residential homeowners like my family and friends. Professionalism and accountable met with quality is what American Titan offers. The best decision you can make when it comes to an Electrician, is to choose American Titan.

Bad communication. Waited weeks to get job done. Beware of this company. Choose another electric company to do your electrical work.

I use this location frequently. It is a 50kwh charger but gives me a consistent 44kwh charge even at 90% battery charge. It is also very affordable to charge at this location.

They did an amazing job on installing our new lights! Highly recommend

I asked for a price to hook up a dishwasher. The quote was $300. I was shocked. This is merely only worth a trip charge as I estimate for a living. I called another electrician and he said it would be $85. It took him 12 minutes.

Someone driving a van for this company with plate HEJ-5968 nearly caused multiple accidents with their irrational, aggressive driving. They nearly ran me off the road, nearly ran two cars in front of me off the road, and continued cutting in and out of lanes , at one point pulling in front of another vehicle and then slamming their brakes for a red light, nearly causing that car to hit them. This continued on until they were out of sight.

If they are this unprofessional and impatient in the car, I hate to think what they would be like to deal with on the job site or at home.
