Very pleased with the ladies that came out to do the "deep cleaning" after construction/renovation. They were prompt and very efficient. They worked as a team to divide and conquer the dust and any leftovers from the construction. This was the most thorough cleaning since the house was built 25 yeas ago. Thank you Winnie and team.

The details! The girls hit every nook and cranny in my house. The deep clean is just what I needed to be ready for the holidays. I’ve never had my house cleaned by anyone but me. I was not disappointed!

Winnie previously did a good job on a move out clean that I hired her to do. Or at least I think she did. In fairness, I glanced around that house and never stepped foot in there again. So who knows how good it really was.

I hired her again about 4 weeks ago to do an “every nook and cranny” clean at my deceased dad’s house. I wanted the house to be paint ready when she was done. She went through the house overselling herself, promising that she could get anything I pointed out clean.

I was shocked when the quote was $1000 for a 1250 sq ft house. However, she promised that she would have 4 cleaners there and everything would be perfect. Between the day of the quote and the day of clean, she tried to change the date of the cleaning 3 times due to staffing issues. The night before the cleaning, she messaged and said that her girls would be late and coming in at 10am rather than the agreed upon 8am. Her reasoning was because they were tired due to a big clean that night.

The day of the clean, Winnie got there at 8:40am. Her first and only staff member got there at 10am. By 5pm, they were out there on his back porch high-fiving each other about how quickly they got it done. I walked around with her very quickly before she left. They were in hurry to go do another clean she said. A few hours later, I left to go out of town and didn’t go to the house again until 2 weeks later. I went back with paint prepared to spend the day painting. But instead I was forced to clean walls and doors because they were still gross. I decided then to really take a closer look around and I was appalled at the stuff left undone. I took a lot of pictures and I messaged Winnie with my concerns. She replied back in the most sarcastic and unprofessional way. I get it. It was Christmas time and she may have already spent the money. But what I got were my pics back with comments and an email with absolute lies about what she promised.

She could have offered to re-clean. It’s an empty house. Not like it was full of stuff. She didn’t offer to re-clean though. She was defensive and rude. She couldn’t even come to look at the issues.

After the first clean, I recommended her to others but certainly not anymore. I paid $1000 for four employees for an “every nook and cranny” clean on a 1250 sq ft. House. . I didn’t even get close to that.

Winnie is great! Her girls are great! She’s accommodating and listens well to certain requests you may have. If anything breaks accidentally, it’s replaced right away, super easy (only happened twice).

Winnie’s is the 3rd cleaning business that I have tried. I have been with her for several years. Very accommodating to your special needs. Girls are friendly, respectful and they have clean cleaning supplies. I would recommend them to anyone.

Winnie’s Cleaning is the best! The girls came in and made my home look brand new, paying attention to every little detail other cleaning services have missed.
