Platinum Professional Carpet Cleaning are miracle workers! They brought our couch, love seat, and chair back to life. With two young children who love to have fun on the furniture, I thought it was a lost cause, but Platinum Professional Carpet Cleaning handled it with ease. I’ll definitely have them back soon to tackle the carpet. Their services are also reasonably priced!

Review - Platinum Professional Carpet and Rug Cleaning

Wanted to share the following review.

This is the second time I’ve used Platinum.

The first time was 2 years ago when I moved out of a rental property on yellow bee into another rental home a few blocks over on blue stream lane - both rentals in Fieldstone Farms.

Back then I was very impressed because I walked into the rental property during move out, as they were leaving, it was my move out review - and there was no smell of any chemical - and yet the carpets looked brand new! In fact the carpets looked BETTER leaving than they did when I moved in.

This go around - I’m in this rental two years - they did my office, family room on the first floor. The stairs, hallway, master bedroom upstairs.

Oh and they did our dryer and dryer vent cleaning too (warning sign popped up on the dryer).

I have to tell you - they knocked it out of the park yet again!

Two different rental homes, both with builder grade/rental (aka ick) carpeting - but Platinum had everything looking better today than when we moved in!

Just for reference? We have a dog downstairs and a cat upstairs. There was not one iota of chemical smell in the cleaning of the rugs upstairs and downstairs.

They have pet friendly cleaning procedures and I can attest to that because there was zero smell from beginning to end.

Honestly? If somebody’s able to take builder grade carpeting that’s been beat for years, and make it look new? I call that results. If you can do it pet and people friendly - extra vote.

How can anybody not be excited about clean carpeting, especially ahead of the holidays lol!

If it’s Jeter and Jilly pet friendly - it’s a win in our book!!! 

Oh, I don’t want to forget the two young gentlemen that took care of the job today.

Rodney was just overall amazing. He provided a couple of really great recommendations on how we can manage our vent issue going forward. The other young gentleman, so polite as well.

I know this review is lengthy but I feel like it touched on a couple of critical points that anybody looking for a carpet cleaning company would want to know.

Trust worthy, knowledgeable, excellent service, excellent equipment and proven results.

At least for me, again having used them twice already - not disappointed in quality, planning and execution, professionalism.

Almost forgot cost.

I didn’t feel that they were the most expensive and I didn’t feel that they were the cheapest.

I was very happy with the quality that I had gotten for the cost quoted and it was spot on.

No variance there at all, again even though we had two pets in the house - they just came in and did the amazing job they did for the price they quoted.

They were very nice and did great work.I have some carpet that is 13 years old and some that is over 30 years old. They both turned out really good, especially being how old they were. I will definitely use them again!!

Mike’s team at Platinum Professional Cleaning provided amazing customer service. Unfortunately I didn’t take before and after pictures of my sectional, but it looks like a new couch. Rodney & Ken worked efficiently and very professionally - attached is the door cover they used to run the hose through. Very professional - nice touch. These guys are super knowledgeable & friendly, and I have already spread the news to four neighbors and my family.

We had 2 rugs cleaned at their facility and they did a great job!! Mike was very professional and our rugs were so much better when we got them back! I also love supporting a veteran owned business! We'll be using them for more of their services in the future!

We had a coffee spill on our beige couch, that very center cup holder. Rodney was able to squeeze us in. We thought that besides the spill, our couch was super clean as it was only a year old. Once our couch dried I saw how clean it actually is NOW! They did amazing and the price felt right. They even sprayed our couch to hopefully repel stains. Very professional and we’re in communication on their ETA since we were squeezed in. Thank you guys! Would absolutely recommend them.

Platinum Carpet Cleaners are the best. They call you back promptly, work to get a time that is best for you to get your carpets cleaned, and are so professional. My Technician, Rodney has done my carpets the last several times. He is always polite and personable while doing a great job on our carpet. I highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend Platinum Professional Carpet Cleaning. They removed, cleaned, and reinstalled a light wool carpet with previous staining, and the results were excellent. Wool is difficult to restore, but they handled it with real expertise and care. Professional, clear communication, and great results.

These are my "go to" people! I have known Mike for many years, and when I contacted him to give me a hand with two properties, he was on it immediately. He kept me informed throughout the process, and advised me fairly and accurately when additional work needed to be done. Mike and his team should be the only team you call and trust! From carpet cleaning to heavy duty cleaning to painting and repair, I am satisfied beyond words.

If you're looking for a place to get an area rug cleaned, look no more. Right before Christmas a potted plant that had just been watered fell on this wool rug. We don't have a before picture, but the large spot on the rug was awful. We actually though the rug was ruined. That was before we found Platinum Professional Carpet Cleaning. As you can see, the spot is COMPLETELY GONE!!! WOW (that's what we said, with a great big smile!! And to top it off, the service was GREAT (thanks, Mike), as was the price for cleaning - - and we got the rug back in plenty of time for Christmas!!! We couldn't be more satisfied!!

I recently hired Diana Perez Cleaning Company for a thorough cleaning of my home and I'm ecstatic with the results. Diana was not only responsive and flexible in accommodating my schedule, but she also proactively inquired about any specific cleaning needs I had beyond general services. While they offer a range of options including laundry and changing bedding, I opted for general cleaning along with a focus on the baseboards and blinds—areas we had neglected in our routine cleanings.

Diana arrived on time and approached the task with a remarkable level of detail and efficiency. The care she took was evident, especially in how she transformed my hardwood floors. They had always appeared a bit dull and rough, but after her treatment, they were gleaming. It's been days, and I still find myself smiling every time I look at them.
