Excellent service all around and will be calling them again in the future! We had our carpets cleaned at 2 homes (moved out of one and into another), a handful of rugs, and the grout in a shower cleaned by Platinum. Prices were reasonable, everything cleaned up great, they were on time, polite, and just made the whole process so easy. Rodney was one of the service techs at both locations and he communicated everything so well. Highly recommend!

Platinum Professional is just that - professional. For us, they have cleaned rugs, tile floors, and vinyl flooring in our new home that was not cleaned properly for us before we moved in. Thank goodness for platinum professional carpet cleaning! We were sadly hit with the stomach bug and I don’t think I could have ever looked at my carpet the same. We called, they came SAME DAY, and I can’t even believe how light and clean my carpets look. We always have a revolving door for the neighborhood kids, but I didn’t even realize how dirty our carpets had gotten! They also cleaned our sectional. Nothing but great things to say about these gentlemen! Professional, timely, excellent service. 10/10 highly recommend!

I have had Platinum Professional Carpet Cleaning out to my house 3 times now, and one rug has visited the rug spa, and I could not be more pleased with the results every time. We used Mike's team to service our dryer vent because it was taking 3 to 4 times as long as normal to dry a load of towels and my husband could see lint collected on the exterior dryer vent. (Platinum Professional Carpet Cleaning is fully certified for dryer vent cleaning!) They were very responsive any time I contacted them before and after the cleaning, fit us in the very next day, came on time & gave excellent service. Mike followed up requesting information on how we felt about the service and is very dedicated to providing excellent customer care! We will use them again for any of our cleaning needs!

We recently had Platinum Professional Carpet Cleaning come out to clean the carpets at Crossway Pediatric Therapy and Academy, and they did an amazing job! Grey and Rodney were fast, efficient, and very professional. They were accommodating and took great care to respect our space and belongings. Mike, the owner, was incredibly friendly and easy to work with, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The service was also affordable, which was a big plus. We have had Platinum clean our carpets for years, so this year tried their power washing service for our driveway and patio. They look GREAT. Our drive was very dirty due to sprinkler run-off. My neighbor commented it looks like new cement.

First off, Mike with Platinum Professional made a very good first impression on the phone when I called for info about a house pressure wash. Then, he got back to me quickly with a quote. When making the appointment to do the job, he gave me a time and the name of the associate who would be doing the work. Brandon showed up at the appointed time and was very professional and thorough.
