I would highly recommend Collins Comfort Solutions. Patrick and his team showed up on time to install our new unit. They were professional and competitive on their price and explained the benefits of our new system. The crew spent additional time to clean and remove all debris from the work area when they were through.

Patrick and the team did a great job replacing my old ac with a new more efficient model. They were quick to provide service and explained my options for repair or replacement before providing a quote based on my choices. They kept me informed on the progress of the install and made sure I was satisfied before they left. I would definitely recommend them for all your home ac needs.

Great experience. Prior to getting Collins to replace, had another company come out 4 times in order to diagnose the issue with my ac correctly. When they initially came out for an estimate they educated me without making me feel like I was being “sold to” or taken advantage of. The owner is extremely nice and so is his staff. The cost was reasonable, they answered all thousand of my questions, they were very responsive and timely and they made sure I was good before payment receipt. Would recommend.

Tom is a great service technician! He is very knowledgeable was able to fix our AC. We love supporting small businesses instead of the bigger corporations that seem to be taking over.

I was on vacation when my wifi thermostat showed my system in failure. My neighbor referred me to Collins and Patrick returned my message instantly on a Saturday evening. They gave me a quote over text and tech Jacob repaired my system Monday morning, it was very cold out and my pipes may have froze. Very happy with their service.

Tom is fantastic. He and his boss got me scheduled and he came out and determined my problem was in a stacked drain and not in my HVAC! Money well spent and a great technician! Once again, Tom and Collins does not disappoint!! Love these great folks!

Amazing service! I put in a request for service and they were here the next day. Tom was on time and very informative and transparent with what my system needed. I was convinced that I was going to need a new system and he stated that I can squeeze out some more life of my unit as long as I kept up with the maintenance.
Well Collins has a new life customer and I’ll keep up my maintenance with them until this unit needs a replacement and I’ll be going through them for the replacement too. Thanks for the help in surviving the summer months!! 10 stars!!

Had to replace HVAC. Patrick was very helpful providing me with multiple options.
On the day of install, crew headed by Steven, came and went right to work inside and out to remove old equipment. Patrick arrived with new equipment about the time the old stuff made it outside.
Job finished same day in timely and efficient manner and all areas clean. Only way you could tell they had been here was new equipment in place of the old.
Collins Comfort Solutions recommended to me by a neighbor and I would also recommend.
Quality job at a reasonable price.

I have used a couple different companies and it is a hassle and time consuming to find someone that you can trust and has very fair pricing. I decided to give Collin’s a try based on a referral from another company I was using that was in the process of downsizing for retirement. One of their employees, Tom, was hired by Collins Comfort Solutions and I have worked with him before. Tom is extremely knowledgeable, a seasoned tech, and just a great overall guy to work with. He was thorough and offered solutions not just sales pitches (like those guys you see on commercials). Collin’s pricing model is very fair and they do top quality work. Give them a try. You won’t regret it.

Very pleased with this first service from Collins Comfort Solutions. Tom Gagné’ was the representative and he took time to explain to me how they operate and what I could expect from them in the way of service and equipment. He was knowledgeable and thorough. I rate them highly from this first experience.

They got us a an estimate quickly, had a great price, showed up the following week and the install of my new AC and heat was done in a day.

I started using Collins comfort in 2021 when my ac went out. They were great from the start. Got me in right away without any emergency fees. Over the last 4 years I've had some additional issues with the heat and ac and everytime, they are amazing. My tech, Jacob, is also amazing. And honestly, when I do have tp call them, I look forward to seeing them!

Collins Comfort Solutions once again excelled. My tenant reported an issue with the A/C not produced cooled air. I called Greg @ Collins, he arranged for a technician to stop by quickly to identify the issue which ended up being a bad coil, that was under warranty. They quickly found a replacement part and repaired the system.

Great service. On time for appointment and very thorough. Local business who are always nice and don’t rush through the service.

We won’t use anyone but Collins comfort solutions. Professional, fair and their workers are top notch. We had another company try and charge us 4 times the price for a compressor fan, Collins comfort. Came right in and took care of it for much much less and what was fair. I can’t recommend them enough!

I have Collins Comfort install and service my AC units for many years. I would not go to any other AC company because I doubt if any other company could be better.
