I don’t know where to begin. In the midst of this heatwave, our AC went out on us while we were out of town so we came home to an 86° household late at night. Thankfully we had a friend who knew someone at Collins and we were contacted the following morning and told a tech would be out in the early afternoon. Brandon, our tech, was incredibly insightful, helpful, and knowledgeable in explaining what was wrong and what was needed to fix it, which he managed to do in a couple hours. Brandon was such a kind and friendly person, loved on our dogs and provided an all around stellar experience. Will be returning to Collins in the future for any HVAC related needs!

Awesome experience with Collins Comfort Solutions. Our AC went out and they came out to diagnose the issue quickly. The unit was very old and beyond repair so they were able to provide us with multiple options to replace it. We appreciated their honesty and transparency with discussing the pros and cons of our options and helping us choose the right unit for us. Would highly recommend!

This review is overdue. When we moved into our home, Collins was recommended. We have had them out several times when issues arose with our system. We also use their routine maintenance program and have appreciated that service. Jacob has been to our home a few times. He is efficient, courteous, and tidy. We will continue to use Collins Comfort Solutions for our HVAC needs!

Tom is great and always so nice! Was able to figure out my vent issue right away and tell me what we needed to do.

Had a heating problem at 10am on a Saturday and it was fixed by 3pm same day. Great service.

This is my first time working with the great folks at Collins Comfort. I switched from my previous HVAC company because they pay their techs on commission. Because of this there was never a visit without a recommendation of some expensive replacement or accessory. With Collins, Jacob, the tech assigned, was fantastic. Arrived on time. Explained the service call thoroughly and worked efficiently. He explained his findings and gave me a couple of things to watch just because of age. This is how a maintenance call should go. The folks at Collins Comfort have won my business.

Today was my first experience with Collins Comfort Solutions. I was concerned about my AC and wanted it serviced before the summer heat kicks in. Tom was the technician and he was great! He explained everything very clearly as he worked through the visit. I definitely will use them to do the maintenance service on my HVAC! I highly recommend them!

Absolute 10/10. Tom was thorough, pleasant, and friendly. He walked me through exactly what the issue was, what caused it, and what he was doing to resolve it. He was very respectful of my property and was more than happy to walk me through the work he was doing in detail. I won’t hesitate to call these folks again if I have another HVAC problem. For diagnostic, 24V transformer installation, and a temporary zone board bypass, I paid $425.

We’ve used Collins multiple times and are very pleased with their service. They installed a new AC last year. This year, they serviced our secondary unit.
Their communication is excellent, the technician was great and got the work done quickly. Thank you for such quick service! My husband is now working with AC again and very happy!

Online scheduling allowed us to book an early morning appointment on a Sunday night for the next day! Our rep was there handling our situation by 8 AM, and feedback we needed for the sale of our home was available by 10 AM. Cannot recommend this company highly enough!! The technician from Collins arrived promptly in the agreed-upon window. He did the A/C tune-up to make sure the system is in good working order, which includes a 9-point inspection. I pay for the annual tune-ups for AC and heat, in season. It's reassuring to know that the system is in good working order.

The technician was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. I've had Collins here for seasonal maintenance and minor repairs since I moved into my house 2 years ago, and this good service is consistent with what I experienced the other times, so I would recommend them without reservation.

Really glad my neighbor referred me to Collins Comfort. They are honest and helpful. Tom visited my house and added freon to one of my two A/C units. While some firms jump at the chance to sell new equipment and replace older units, Collins is interested in keeping your existing equipment in working order until it’s absolutely necessary to replace.

I am having them come back to rework some duct work in my attic for better air flow. Quote was reasonable and will help keep my upstairs rooms at even temperatures.

Collins is absolutely the best. I had previously used a different company for my rentals but they oversized unit which caused serious moisture problems. Very professional, prompt service and cost conscious for consumer. Highly recommend this company.

I've been with Collins Comfort for more than a year and so far all of my experience with the office and the technician have been great. The level of professionalism and quality of service work from Tom continue to be second to none. The online scheduling of service requests process is the best with Collins as opposed to other home service providers. The company has been great in accommodating with appointments. The technician has been punctual based on the time estimated provided and the time taken to complete the scheduled work. Their prices are competitive with other heating and cooling companies but the value received surpasses that of Collins competitors.

Great service. Came to my house 3 weeks ago, filled with Freon. Next visit- I needed a new unit. They gave me a quote on two units. Very fair pricing. Came the next day and installed the new unit. Fixed an unexpected problem that they found. Cleaned up everything. A+
