In speaking with Patrick of Collins Comfort Solutions about a drain line that had been damaged around the time they were here for our bi-yearly maintenance, he said he would send the people back that had come for the appointment. They (Dave and his son I believe) came right over and assured me they didn’t break it and proceeded to fix the PVC drain line at no charge. I so appreciate their honesty and willingness to help in a situation they were not responsible for. I will continue to use Collins for all my HVAC needs. Thank you guys!

We’ve had the same HVAC service person for 15 years, but he is no longer working. I was concerned about finding someone else who didn’t try to upsell me any and everything. My daughter and her friends recommended Collins Comfort. Their techs are not on commission, and I felt comfortable with their recommendations and their willingness to help keep our older system going a few years more. Highly recommend. As a person who is not all familiar with home maintenance Collin’s comfort put me at ease. I was able to get an appointment quickly which was awesome. Jacob was great! He came out for maintenance and identified some issues with one of my hvac units and gave me options on how to proceed which were extremely helpful. Jacob was able to get the zone board the same day and replace it for me to ensure I had heat on this frigid night. He made recommendations for my air filters and explained what was going on in terms I was able to understand. The pricing was fair and the service was EXCELLENT. Highly recommend.

Service, communication, and tech were all very good. $375 to diagnose & put in a new Honeywell thermostat off the truck that retails for $26, seems very high to me.

I set up an appointment for yearly HVAC maintenance. Technician Tom was pleasant and professional. He answered my questions and provided photos of the work performed. Greg explained a slight change in yearly price which was a miscommunication which he immediately addressed. Service included the furnace work performed as well as a future tune-up on the central A/C unit in the spring. I am very satisfied with the work performed thus far.
