Lennox is one of the worst company for HVAC. We have purchased brand new system from Lennox and their system does not run for more than 1 yr. We spent $5K-6K and replaced with Lennox completely new system. Distributor that works with Lennox they came over and took the failed parts to get the replacement under full warranty. But Lennox folks did not provide parts to them on time and they are still waiting. its been 4 days our house is without A/C and house is cooking with outside temperature. This is completely insane and I am losing my patience.

These guys will bend over backward to help you out. Prices very competitive and good looking product. Sharon is a wonderful area accounts manager and has helped us out dozens of times. They close at 430 in morrisville. The Raleigh branch is in the same building as Wake Tech.

Hands down the best customer service I received by a supply house in years. Was not put on a wait. They helped me the same day I called. Very fast service and this was in the dead heat of the summer. Patrick was very helpful and I will be returning to this store to do future business!

As of April 2024, this store has started to sell products at a higher price close to 35% more than what it was selling at the beginning of the year and claiming that this is due to tariffs. The tariffs have not kicked in yet and this store seems to be price gouging.
Same part coil selling for $1200 with other dealers but they are selling for $1950 odd.

Will be reporting to NC state - North Carolina’s price gouging law.

customer service here is great. they helped me with warranty claiming and the warranty part quickly arrived. thanks guys

Best refrigeration place

Not all their Texas Technicians are as knowledgeable as they would make you to believe! Reviews should be from actual customers not service personnel!Your not supposed to toot your own Horn!

Ivan Strashnyy did a fantastic job, was thorough and easy to talk to.

Darren, the label reader who came to our house, was friendly and professional and took the time to answer all the questions I had.

I won't do business with a company with employees who ignore not one but two no soliciting signs. When the person disregarded my signs - one that says no soliciting do not knock or ring bell, he agitated my dogs, who barked and woke up my baby. Complete disrespect for my property. I answered my Ring doorbell and told the person I was not interested and he told me he was "assigned" to my area of the neighborhood. I said I was not interested and he left a door hanger anyway. Maybe he couldn't read? I will not be hiring this company for ANYTHING.

Julius did an outstanding job explaining the buy-back program to us and was able to get us set up for a new HVAC system. Julius was very informative and respectful. The Chill Brothers' team definitely puts quality over quantity.
