An expert with Chill Brothers (Ivan Strashnyy), visited our home to explain the program and recommend a system sufficient for our needs. Ivan thoroughly explained the program - installation of the system, available packages, warranty and costs. He did an excellent job and did not do any high pressure sales tactics, but answered the questions clearly and concisely. He left the decision to purchase up to us, explaining the current and future costs so we could make an informed decision. I highly recommend considering this company for your heating and cooling needs, and hope you get Ivan as your advisor! 😊

I was pretty impressed with Riley and Ivan's professionalism. Ivan made it pretty easy to walk through their HVAC offerings to help us find a system and payment plan that worked for us. Both Riley and Ivan were patient, attentive, and easy to talk to.

Had a great experience w/ Luis Santana from The Chill Brothers. We had an older unit that definitely needed upgrading & he spent a lot of time explaining the program to me. He really saved me a significant amount of money. We bought the same brand unit from another company about a year and a half ago for our upstairs & paid about $5000 more!
Plus, Luis was so friendly & personable. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

I am disgusted that you send people to our neighborhood (Landings at Lakemoor in Garner NC) to solicit leads and they think it is ok to throw their trash in the gutter grate in front of my house. Now it’s one thing if it’s a candy wrapper by accident or something but no this was an entire small pizza box! My husband saw the woman do this and went outside and asked her to pick up her trash and throw it in a garbage can or take it with them. She then proceeded to walk back over kick the pizza box down inside the grate and cover it with leaves and walk away again. My husband then proceeded to walk back outside and yelled to take their trash with you, she said it’s to deep in the gutter now so my husband went and got the pizza box out and took it over to them and told them to take their trash , they then proceeded to threaten my husband saying he had the right one. I’m not sure if Eboni was the one that threw her trash in the gutter but she was one of the ladies there. I can’t believe you would have these people doing this in neighborhoods and think this is ok. Also my elderly lady next door said she told them no but they kept trying to get her to let them inside her house to “look at her equipment “ why would you do that when she didn’t call you to her house in the first place. Furthermore this is the second review I have left because the first one just disappeared.
UPDATE: Looking back at the video the “lady” proceeds to put the pizza box in the rain gutter under my neighbors car after my husband gave them the pizza box back and they walked away. Wow just wow imagine how they leave a customers house after they do an install or service!

Love how they are always so helpful and make sure the job gets done the first time. I love the hardwork they put in and I will be returning for all my air duct needs.
